Absolutely enjoy living here! The entire staff in the front office are extremely helpful and very friendly. The maintenance staff are first class as well. Every work order that I need to submit always gets a quick response and fixed right away resulting in an immediate resolution. Kudos to the entire staff at Trails at San Tan!

Maintenance is always very quick to get to us and even quicker to get things fixed. Our A/C went out at the start of Summer and they had a temporary one in and fixed ours within a day or two. This time around our toilet and A/C need a fix and they did it within 20 mins. We are so grateful for the attention they show our unit when we need it!

Maintenance is on point and very fast and the place is beautiful. However I have a couple questions, does the fitness center require a key to access? Also, does a minor need adult supervision whilst in the fitness center? I have a 15 year old son who is on fall break right now and he would like to know

The issue was address and fixed within 24 hours of the work order being submitted. Maintenance employee with The Trails at San Tan stopped by to confirm that I had been contacted about the plumber coming today. I appreciated the confirmation. The plumber was professional and kind. He was efficient and got the job done very quickly.

Our maintenance workers were doing an inspection and checking our smoke detectors and I just So happened to mention a few things I needed Fixed. Without hesitation they started writing down what I needed Done and came back a couple hours later (as they were inspecting the whole community) and came back and fixed EVERYTHING. I didn’t even expect a same day response but am very appreciative!
