I cannot stress enough to avoid this group. Unprofessional, unethical, and incredibly unhelpful. I paid an application fee, had a hard pull on my credit score and am fairly sure they didn't even bother to submit. I'm farther from getting into an apartment than when I started.
I could not get a single straightforward answer. There were surprise fees and surprise delays around every corner. I was also spoken to as though I had never rented in NYC before. I've lived and worked in the neighborhood for a decade. They did seem to have a big problem with the fact I work in food service, so maybe that

I didn’t end up renting from them, but they were super nice and understanding. Teddy was really personable and professional and everyone else I was in contact with was also helpful. The application process was easy and the location of the apartments was also great, I just ended up having to find a bigger space in order to accommodate roommates. Recommend for sure.

I wish I could give this zero stars. I was living in an apartment and nearing the end of my lease. Warren Real Estate was showing my place to prospective tenants. They TOOK PHOTOS of my home while I was still living there which is ILLEGAL. The realtor named Young is the worst. He repeatedly showed up to my place with prospective tenants with ZERO notice which made everyone uncomfortable especially me. Despite me asking him multiple times to give notice, he would still come in unannounced. I hate this group and Young is the worst.

Both Cassandra and Bozena deserve a 5 star rating for the quality of the service they provide. After a series of bad experiences with different money driven real estate agencies, I never thought good honest people such as them would exist in this business where honesty is a rare commodity. I must say that I was never disappointed during the 5 previous years. Not only you get a great service but you also receive it from two wonderful ever-smiling ladies.

In the Wild West of NYC Real Estate, Meagan Harvey is a straight shooter-- an honest, quick to the point, and deadly accurate broker. She fully absorbed and understood the details with which I provided her when I began my apartment hunt. And each of the places that she showed me fit those details exactly. She was kind enough not to waste our time with apartments that were a stretch of the imagination. No tricks. No smart talk. Just straight forward and delightful conversation about real options.
