I chose HomeDax to help sell my apartment in NYC for their low broker commission fees. I had previously tried doing it FSBO, so I had already staged it and had photos taken, but HomeDax was very helpful in getting the listing setup online, doing showings, communicating with the building management, etc... I worked with Lahtifa Chisolm, who was always very responsive, always made herself available for showings, and helped strategize about how to market our listing. We worked with Elisa & Homedax while purchasing a condo in Manhattan. Elisa was very patient and helpful throughout the process. She was responsive in setting up showings while I was on a tight schedule, and then in ultimately making a few offers and navigating negotiations, including bidding competitions. The help of Homedax allowed us to get some fees dropped from closing which was nice :). It was very helpful to have Elisa's input along the way, especially when having to negotiate!

Adam from HomeDax has done it again! After he helped us purchase our new home, we enlisted his help to sell our old place and he did it in a splendid fashion! Adam did market research to price our house exactly right, took care of the negotiations with prospective buyers and guided us through everything from contract to closing.

I have no idea why this firm has so many positive reviews. I initially spoke on the phone with Nick, who seemed nice and willing to help, but then I was assigned to Chris, and it quickly went downhill from there. For starters, Chris told me he'd reached out to listing agents to set up viewings, but after hearing no response about any of the condos I was interested in, I followed up with him via text. He told me that he was still waiting to hear back. Buying our first home, Mohammed and Nick were extremely helpful in helping me understand the process. It took about 2 years to finally land on our home - there were a few homes that we decided against and backed out on in between but they always supported us on our decisions. Mohammed and Nick were both patient and worked around our times and schedule without being pushy.
