Group meditations are a time for us to come together, to sit together, to ask questions, get answers and support. They can be a great way kickstart your practice if you've let things slide, or to nourish and deepen your ongoing practice. Flow Sangha is a weekly gathering that offers meditation, wisdom sharing and community.
I'm the meditation teacher James Brown, founder of Vedic Path Meditation in San Francisco and developer of the FLOW Meditation online program. James is an excellent teacher and makes meditation accessible to the every day person. I wish every parent would have this tool, taught in the easy to understand way that James does.
