At Chorus, you'll breathe to the beat of an awesome playlist and feel an immediate release of stress in your body and mind. And gives you a physical TINGLING sensation created by the breathing pattern, leaving you physically and mentally calmer after your VERY FIRST SESSION. Our monthly members have access to live and on-demand classes where we guide them through rhythmic breathing exercises, set to the beat of music you know and love.

Find a comfy spot to lie down, like a bed, couch, or mat on the floor, and take class on your smartphone, tablet or computer. We use breathing exercises that elicit a physical sensation and release tension from the body and the mind.
Chorus is online stress-relief classes, led by live instructors, set to the beat of popular music (think: Beyonce, Odesza, Bon Iver, etc). Our proprietary method, which combines breathing to the beat of music and other proven relaxation techniques, creates an immediate release of stress in your mind and body.

This class is an absolute must-do. Breathwork invokes a sense of clarity and energy that I haven't been able to experience with other forms of meditation--I truly felt different after just one class! I've been back with newbies and seasoned meditators (meditatees?) and everyone has left in a better space than when they arrived. The music, the pace, the sense of community, the proprietary diffuser scent (!!) all set Chorus apart. Founders Ali and MK are also two incredible souls and natural teachers that you need to have in your life.

I didn't think meditation was "for me" until I tried Chorus. Ali and MK have transformed their little corner of SOMA into an oasis where you can go to truly let go. Their warm and welcoming style make meditation and breathwork feel approachable and fun. You can take something new away from every class, both physically and mentally. Highly recommend for both newcomers and those who are more advanced in their practice!

MK and Ali have created a space and community that makes meditation feel extremely accessible. You'll feel welcome from the moment you arrive. MK acts as your guide, teaching you a breathing rhythm set to a killer playlist. Each time I've gone I've had a different experience but I always leave with clarity (occasionally on topics I didn't even know I needed clarity on). I'd highly recommend this class to everyone.

I've been back twice now, and plan to go many more times. An incredible way to recapture yourself - especially on a Wednesday during a hectic work week. I found my whole being incapable of even a stressful thought after the class. Just relaxed and energized and clear-headed. Not intimidating for first-timers or physically challenging, either! Chorus is the hour I look forward to most every week. All set to a fantastic playlist, the active breathing in class helps me quiet my mind in ways I've never been able to before. I leave feeling refreshed, lighter, and noticeably calmer which allows me to focus on the thoughts I want to be thinking about, not on the stuff that bogs me down or worries me.

This is truly a one of a kind experience in all the best ways. Hands down the best meditation classes I've ever been to- the combination of the breathwork technique and the carefully curated playlists to help you escape the various stresses of your day has created an incredibly unique and rewarding experience that only Chorus offers. I feel incredible every time I leave and honestly wish I could do this daily. Run don't walk!
