I can't give y'all enough stars. I first started coming here when I unfortunately took a fall that broke my two front teeth. I really didn't want to walk around Austin with missing front teeth. So after a quick ER visit, I called every dentist in town, and Austex was the only place that was able to see me even remotely quickly. The very next day, I came in, and the staff was amazing. Great experience! I hadn't been to the dentist in a couple of years (I don't have issues with the dentist, just lost insurance for a few months and got out of the habit). My experience was great, super clean modern office, teeth scanning to be able to view over time, quick professional checkin (fill out the forms securely before you go online), everyone was great, no pain during the whole process. Its the little things like the sunglasses to where so the light isn't blinding you. Great experience, highly recommend!

Those who are afraid of going to the dental...this is the place to go. All your fears and phobias will diminish. I have always heard that root canals and deep cleaning are painful but I can assure you that Dr Ding made it a walk in the park for me. I had no pain during or after the procedures!! That's crazy! Now that we live closer to Houston, we were able to assemble an awesome #DreamTeam for my Mother-In-Law to get her smile back. Around Christmas, I asked her if she was interested and she said yes, but was extremely fearful to go to the dentist. One more recommendation for this dentist in NW Austin - Dr. Ding at Austex Dental is seriously the BEST dentist you'll ever find!!! The office is very high tech and he's a non-alarmist. His prices....god I hope they don't change! ...are extremely resonable even without insurance - I only paid $100 for a pretty large filling today.
He sees kids as well, but probably best for 8+ just because they don't have the games and child oriented perks.
His staff are all just absolutely fabulous to work with and really the care he takes with his patients is phenomenal. I have always *hated

Hanging out in the dental chair is not my idea of a fun morning. It's a nightmare really. Sharp instruments and rubber gloves poking into your mouth, bright lights in your face, and that waft of halitosis. Am I at the dentist or am I an abductee getting probed by aliens. I don't know. It is such a relief to find a dentist like Dr. Ding! His entire staff is warm and so friendly, and he is soft spoken and extremely knowledgeable. I love how focused he is on the latest technology, everything from the X-rays to the treatment is the latest & greatest. He took his time to explain all of my dental work, came up with a plan and then even a backup plan in case the first plan didn't work. Dr. Ding has been outstanding since I went in to have a filling repaired. He was open with what needed to happen, the process and procedures required. His rates have been very reasonable and he is now my primary dentist. His office staff have been outstanding as well, making sure all of the patient's needs are met. This was my first time going back to the dentist office after a while without having insurance. I went online and filled out my information. I received a response from Gigi right away. She was very helpful and professional. I knew right away I would be treated well at this office. Upon arrival, the office looked clean and amazing. I was impressed with the presentation followed by amazing dental work. Dr. Ding is extremely personable and knowledgeable. He went over my x-rays in detail. I needed to get my wisdom teeth out and Dr. Ding and his staff was again helpful in recommending an oral surgeon

Dr. Ding saw me on short notice and did an awesome job cleaning me teeth. It had been several years since I went to the dentist and I had some dirty spots :P The cleaning was nonetheless quick and nearly painless. He has some of the best equipment available and that actually helps a lot in terms of speed and comfort for the patient. His office also smells great and his staff is kind. Thanks Dr. Ding!

I had not been to the dentist in years and I was nervous in returning. Spring Dental made me feel welcomed and comfortable. When I contacted the receptionist I was met with professionalism and great customer service. I was able to see Dr. Bill Ding the same week I called to make an appointment. I was looking for a new dentist after my old one stopped accepting my insurance. I was impressed the minute I entered through the front door. The entire office was clean and inviting with what looked like state of the art equipment and everyone on the staff was very friendly and polite, including Dr. Ding himself. Dr. Bill is AWESOME. Got me in for a much needed cleaning/ check up super quickly and then was able to schedule me to get my wisdom teeth removed one week later. The procedure was quick, easy and painless. The worst part of the whole thing was just the puffy numbness from the novocaine for a few hours post procedure - and no I wasn't asleep for the procedure. 4 days later and I have experienced no pain whatsoever and just a tiny bit of swelling- but no one in my office could tell.

Dr. Ding was very nice and informative. I came in for routine cleaning and zoom session. He completed a through examination and even performed the cleaning himself! He was very gentle and addressed all of my concerns. Loved the outcome of my teeth whitening session too! +His Office was very clean and organized! So glad I decided to change dentists! Dr. Ding truly sets the standard when it comes to dental care. He is exactly what I am looking for in a provider when it comes to knowledge education and compassion. Having known about him for many years my expectations were high coming in, especially as a young dentist. However, Dr. Ding blew those expectations out of the water.
