Do not waste your time or money with Sherri Hurst. Hurst was the attorney that was used for the original uncontested custody agreement. She was sure to include a clause stating that the children remained under Beaver County jurisdiction, to ensure client retention due to knowing that the children would be moving to Ohio and this was stated in the custody agreement. Four years later, we decided to use her services again but should not have. After agreeing on a plan of action regarding a time sensitive matter and accepting payment, she decided not put it in motion. Three weeks later, her assistant

Very poor. Chad Bowers - One consultation and Magistrate's office he told me what to say instead of my whole situation that was discussed in the office. His story changed, collected his money (twice what I paid a Pittsburgh attorney) and was the worst attorney my wife ever had. She paid $250 for one in Pittsburgh who was excellent and felt she got every penny of what she paid for. Beaver County residents--don't waste your time or money with this group. He never fought for her Right and she now has to appeal.

While visiting family in Pittsburgh we were hit by a careless driver. Three of us were injured, not severely, but enough to create some very expensive hospital bills. This careless drive veered into our lane, as she was staring down at her cell phone, and we were send into a median. We had gone with Bower Ross Fawcett to just get our bills paid and it was a success. They really do fight for your rights and are helpful and caring.
