This is the 1 bedroom 1 bath floor plan, 708 square foot. It features a nice open space, beautiful vinyl plank flooring, large windows providing lots of natural lighting complete with 2 faux wood blinds and a ceiling fan in the living room. These are the most reasonably priced luxury apartments in Sparks. I have a 2 bed 2 bath and everything inside is amazing and modern. The kitchen has tons of storage space, all the rooms get plenty of sunlight, and the valet trash is awesome. My favorite thing so far has been how responsive and friendly the staff/management have been. They answered all my questions/concerns and all maintenance needed was dealt with very quickly. Overall I would recommend this to anyone searching for an apartment in a very nice neighborhood.

We have lived in the Silverado Apartments complex for almost a year. With our lease renewal coming up soon, I felt it practical to provide a review for this complex. First, Silverado Apartments are located in the beautiful Foothills community. You're right next to the Red Hawk golf course and just a short drive from multiple shopping malls. Second, our unit is beautiful. It is a 1,098 SQ. FT 2 bed x 2.5 bath furnished with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, washer/dryer, and a patio/balcony with a view of the Spanish Springs Peak. I honestly don’t know how anyone could give this complex one star. The apartments are beautiful. I have a 3 bed 2 bath unit, the finishes and fixtures are modern and elegant. There is valet trash service and free charging for my electric vehicle. The pool in the summer was very nice to have and their fitness center is convenient. I have only ever had one maintenance problem which management fixed immediately. I am happy to live here and anyone else would be as well.
