Our experience at St. Andrews has been amazing and we are sad to be leaving. We moved in 2019 and Lynn was so helpful and kind throughout our entire experience. We transferred to a bigger unit within St. Andrews in Feb 2021 and again Lynn was amazing. Unfortunately, with rental prices sky rocketing - we are forced to relocate to another community as we were told “not negotiable”. It wasn’t a typical increase as we were expecting but instead a $900 increase which was not only upsetting but extremely shocking. We will have to move our son away from his school of 3 years and all of his neighborhood

I have lived in St. Andrews for about a year, and have worked closely with Gina, the leasing manager. I recently resigned my lease and I was relived that my rent increase was very minor. South Florida has had a huge rent spike since the pandemic began. Their starting prices are lower than a lot of other neighboring communities.
The complex has two nice large pools, a fitness center, rooms you can rent out for large groups. The units have breakfast bars, in unit laundry, dishwashers and garbage disposals. There is also a service that comes and picks up trash from your door throughout the week,

Our experience has been amazing at St.Andrews!
Lynn was the sweetest and understood our urgency to move in and helped everything go smoothly! Everyone else at the leasing office was also very kind. The community is so nicely maintained and very spacious inside the apartments. Great location, beautiful gym, pools, the praise doesn't end. I highly recommend living here. :)

Look no further than Saint Andrew’s to call your next home! Great complex with tons of amenities! Lynn went the extra mile to help us when she didn’t have to. She was kind enough to call us back when she had an apartment for us! We really appreciate her and Gina’s help and couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience!! 5 Stars!

St Andrews is Amazing! I live here and I absolutely love it! These people at the leasing office are so sweet, professional and they really do care about the residents. They have been good to me and my family since day 1. This place is quiet,the neighborhood to me seems very safe and it’s kid friendly. The maintenance people are so quick and gets the job done. I have no complaints about this place. I would 100% recommend this place.

Gina, the Assistant Community Director, the main person for all things related to the lease, has always been so responsive, accommodating, and remarkably pleasant to work with that I'm writing this review mainly to express my thanks and commendation for her. Having said that, I've lived here for close to two years now and in addition to Gina being so amazing to work with, the entire staff is very pleasant and responsive as well (it has to be under Gina's supervision or they wouldn't be able to be there).
