I cannot described how much I love this gym. I had been going to the gym for over a year now. The staff members are very nice. We've like a community and family and get together for a great sweat workout. Each of everyone of instructors and trainers there to help us to succeed.

My husband and I joined Body by John after purchasing a Groupon to try their classes. After only a few visits, we decided to become members and Body by John quickly became our favorite gym. The trainers here really take the time to get to know your physical abilities. They push you to become better/stronger and help you achieve your goals. On top of that, everyone at Body by John takes the time to get to know one another as friends-- they really do have the best team (of trainers and members)! We'd recommend Body by John to anyone looking for a great gym with a large variety of classes/training

We have to start some where to get a better of our workout. I tried many gym place until i give up looked for it. I do research on Groupon for deal and I bought ten class deal from Groupon and working out. I work from the beginning and work through my goal. They are offer lots of class that include personal trainer. This is not just a gym but more as a community we go do work out. Everybody and staff are really friendly.

As a trainer, John is extremely knowledgeable about both exercise and nutrition and is always available to discuss any questions or concerns you may have. He will push you to be a better version of yourself and makes it fun along the way! There are a lot of classes to choose from and a bunch of great trainers/instructors to work with. Kate is an amazing spin instructor and her class is not to be missed! I always feel welcomed and like I'm part of a big family. I love BBJ!
