BLOOD-HUNGRY MANAGEMENT but nice enough apartments/grounds. Read on for details.
I know every place scams you by returning less of your security deposit than you deserve, so I figured the worst that could happen is that they would take all of it. Don't worry though, this management is next level, and they will find a way to get a fresh pound of flesh. Be warned, swallowing your deposit is not enough for these people!
We left our apartment in pretty much perfect condition. 3 or 4 nail holes in the walls from hangings, but I scrubbed, dusted, vacuumed, and mopped and the place was very clean. I

Since the new management team at Forest Pines this place became extremely, unorganized and had no sense of customer service. The management at Forest Pines needs significant improvement. As residents, we expected to reach out and be able to communicate and ask questions for any concerns that we may have had. When we called, we never received a call back or any updates of any concerns that we had. After speaking with several residents, we found out they had the same experience. The worst experience was moving out. We were charged absolutely overpriced charges for minor fixes that have to be made

This complex is amazing, maintenance is fast to get work orders completed, management is great. Everyone in the office is extremely nice. The pool is kept clean, the gym is up to date, the counter space in the kitchen is amazing. I love it here and look forward to renewing my lease another year as soon as I possibly can. Btw the kitchen island is so large you can literally sleep on it if you wanted to. Lol.

Did not receive access to the gym at move-in, and was told later we would have to pay to replace the fobs to get into the gym that we never received. The gates remained broken for months at a time, and we ended up having all 4 tires stolen off one of our vehicles while they were broken. When we complained about the gate issue as being one of the amenities we pay for in our expensive rent, the manager told us being a gated complex is not an amenity (even though it is listed as an amenity on their own website).

I moved into Forest Pines pretty much right when they opened. I came from the worst apartment complex ever College Edge (now called Fifteen12). Forest Pines was everything I could want and more. My first years lease was $1017 for a two bedroom and I was very disappointed that they wanted to up-charge our rent the second year after I had just been a great tenant for a year. I didn’t like the way they handled covid, they closed down the dog park (though everyone snuck in anyway lol), and they shut down the pool and gym. I never got to use any of the amenities not even once since they shut them

Old management was great, new management not so much. I waited until the last possible second to sign a lease somewhere and I wanted a one bedroom apt. Forest Pines was so accommodating and did everything to get me in the day I needed to be in by. On top of that, the rent was fair for the size of the one bedroom apartment. They handled COVID protocols very well.
However, when the management switched it was problem after problem. It’s a gated community so I felt comfortable living there alone. New management meant the gates were never working properly. This resulted in me personally as well as

My boyfriend and I just moved into these apartments and we are loving every bit of them! It is a very peaceful place. One of the things that I really loved about Forest Pines was the beautiful kitchen and great amount of storage space and countertops! The floor hallways feel very private, which I love! not to mention there is fans to keep you cool during the summer heat! Everything about this place is wonderful! If you are thinking about signing here, don't hesitate, just do it!
