Poor experience overall. I visited once and paid the $20 drop-in fee. I enjoyed the class so I purchased a 3 month pass on Groupon. When I called Samatone to activate it, they were very rude and said they won't honor it because I've been to the studio once before. The Groupon did not disclose that. They then redeemed and deactivated my purchased Groupon voucher without telling me. I've called and left voicemails to clear things up and they're unresponsive. Waste of money.

I'm hooked. With a back injury, I wasn't sure I could keep up. I've been coming consistently and feel so much stronger. I have attended yoga classes all over Dallas for the last 15 years, and Samatone is truly one of a kind. It is such a great workout and the atmosphere is so laid back and fun. I always look forward to it, and it never feels like I'm pushing myself to go workout. All of the instructors have amazing attitudes as well. Love it.

I love this yoga studio! The practice room is spacious and the teachers and staff make you feel at home immediately. The instructors are very knowledgeable and take you through each pose in detail and give you variations that work for you. There is such a mix of students as well which is encouraging when you are new to yoga practice!

I checked out Samatone Yoga by using a Groupon, and I am so glad that I did. I was a little skeptical because I have done hot yoga before and found the temperature to be way too hot, I was pleasantly surprised. The temp was warm and not overly hot. The flooring is highly cushioned, and there are no bad smells as I had experience in other hot yoga studios. The instructors are attentive and inspiring while providing guidance during your practice. I HIGHLY recommend this studio for not only the experienced, but for the beginner who has never tried hot yoga before and is curious. The studio provides

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I had excellent and fun practice today. This is for everybody. The largest yoga room I have ever practiced in. Everyone can practice together and still have space and feel safe. They even offer online classes. This studio is a safe haven for me with all these crazy months - helping stay sane after being cooped up for way too long. Thank heaven for being able to have yoga available everyday now!

I just came in to write a review and read some of the others, they're ALL accurate, I could have written any of them! I love this studio and found it just in time for social distancing. Plenty of room in a large, comfortable, clean space to practice in. The studio always feels and smells clean and inviting, plenty of safe protocol and respect. The yoga is awesome! Classes are challenging and varied, teachers are experienced and knowledgeable and the staff is super friendly - all the time!. I get a great workout, feel wonderful, exactly why I want to do yoga. Highly recommend this studio!

Really loving this studio. Warm, inviting environment and beautiful relaxing space. Friendly, helpful people. I've read the other reviews and they're all true. Great yoga, more traditional, deeper practice that's challenging, invigorating and calming - relieves stress, feels great. Best workout in years - good variety, never boring. Experienced teachers. The cleanliness and effort behind making things fresh and sanitized is really appreciated. Beautiful, unique (soft floor, affirmation ceiling) practice room, plenty of space for comfort and the classes are streamed (better than Zoom) in case I

ClassPass helped me to find my favorite yoga studio that's basically across the street from my apartment building. It is my happy place! Its warm and welcoming staff and patrons really help to set the mood for a challenging and yet relaxing session. I've been practicing yoga for years, alone and in studios. Since attending Samatone classes, I have noticed significant improvement in my flexibility and strength. The encouraging instructors (Kate is my fav) help to ease my worries about stepping out of my comfort zone and make me push myself further than I realize I can go. The classes help me forget

Samatone is a great yoga studio. Everyone is super friendly and the studio is large, clean, and has a great, padded floor (which isn't always the case, as regular yogis will know). There are three or four classes every day, morning, noon, and evening, so there's always an option available. Classes are 75 minutes and the poses are held a bit longer than most of the other studios I've ever attended, which is a plus in my book. The classes seem a bit smaller, too, and the instructors give a lot of personal directions, so check your ego at the door. They don't cue many arm balances

Suze's is a great yoga teacher, her cues are very detailed and spot on! Very effective cuing and gives me more awareness in my body as I hold each pose. She offers basic/foundational postures and point out different areas to focus on in each pose where I learn more and more from her in each class. She incorporates yoga philosophies with her personal experience and she is a great storyteller. I love her classes!

I have been practicing yoga since 2012 at many different yoga studios. Gradually, I got tired of all the fast paced aerobics/ gymnastics aspects of western yoga styles. I wanted to find the real yoga, as Krishnamurti describes, the practice that teaches to breathe properly, to awaken, to" join the higher with the lower". I found it at Samatone and so grateful to be a member there. Suze, who owns it, truly knows what the real yoga is. And she passes it along to her students and teachers as well. I always leave a class with a new piece of wisdom and understanding. It's not just a class

Went here this morning for the first time after buying a groupon and I was so impressed. I did not realize that I was going to the owners class and I was in for a surprise. She practices tough love, but is so nice about making adjustments and suggestions. I really got a lot out of her class because she pushed me further than I thought I could go. Honestly I did get a little nauseous and dizzy several times, but by the middle of the class I was feeling much better and pushed myself and my mind to do more than I thought that I could. I definitely will be back because of this fact alone. I need someone

After trying a few yoga studios I think I found home. This is definitely a place where I have found amazing teachers, a nice environment and a practice for every level. Being a cyclist, I think this will be the best complement to my workout. The teachers take good care of the students, helping with postures. The music is incredible and the owner is very passionate of her business.

My yoga practice home. I have been with Suze and her studio since early 2000's. I usually bore easily with work outs but I have never been bored with this yoga. It's warm so you can get a deeper and safer stretch. The teacher comes around the class room to ensure you are in the correct position, allowing for the most beneficial yoga practice. The classes can be energetic and lively to serene and relaxing. All classes are beginner to novice by modifying your post. I highly recommend you come in for your free first visit!!

Bought a groupon and was told I had until October 19th to use it. They made it expire on Sept 27th.
Other than the matted floors, this studio doesn't really need instructors. The music they play has this unsoothing voice guide you through a flow. Completely thrown off by this and had a negative impact on my practice. I almost had to force myself to try to finish the groupon package.
Do not recommend.

OK. Something is off. I just happened to be on yelp screen and used it to look up phone number for this studio to confirm start time and saw it's rated as 3 stars... that was a complete shock. I've been coming here for a year and this studio is like no other yoga studio. Everyone operates as a family - instructors, employees, customers - I haven't had a single negative experience and I know it's general consensus from all others. Suze's way is unique so it may not fit all yogis but what she did for me and many others have made me a customer for live. I came here on

Any yogi knows you cant rate yoga on a 5 point scale...why? because yoga is a reflection of yourself on a given day but I understand, you're reading my review to learn more about this studio.
Pro: Suzie the studio owner teaches several times per week. If you go, try her class first to get the best experience. She is an amazing teacher. Words can't capture her but I see Funny, light hearted, caring to her students, incredibly giving of her physical energy and her adjustments will make your body feel like it never has before. I hear she is one of Dallas' original power yoga teachers
