This place is BY FAR the worst apartment complex I have ever stayed in. Where to begin… when we moved in, there were cockroaches so we had to wait 2 weeks to move in so they could “bug bomb” the place. Let’s just say that didn’t work cause there was a roach problem the entire time we lived there. They told us the roaches were outdoor roaches so don’t worry about them. Then there is a rat problem. Next the cops are there probably 3-4 times a week for various reasons. Our dog was attacked and I watched it happen only for them to not do anything about it even though we had picture proof

I have been living at the Renaissance Apartments for a little over a year now and all I have to say are positive things. The staff in the office are super friendly and the maintenance guys are awesome. They are always quick to respond to any issues and are very helpful.
The noise level is low to average and never any problems. It is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping centers, and schools. The complex is gated which makes it perfect for my kids to ride their bikes safely. There is a small playground, basketball court, and swimming pools to enjoy in the summer. There are designated

Cockroaches come from the drains and into your beds at night, as clean as i kept the place i would still find them. Also the parking is horrendous, if you don't have a reserved spot you could be parking outside the gates. The gate codes barely work so you need to have a clicker or else you might be stuck. People stuck will call your gate code in the middle of the night hoping some resident will let them in. The list really does go on but ill stop here. Not recommended.

My kids and I lived here for about 6 months in 2017. The office staff at the time (Stephanie, Chelsea and Ashley) were always friendly and stayed on top of things. Maintenance requests were taken care of promptly and the crew was always nice. I really appreciated Stephanie & Chelsea helping me with ease during the move in process, as it was a rough time in mine & my kid's life.

I recently moved into this complex and I’ve had nothing but great experiences, the staff is so so kind, the apartment walls are thick so you can’t hear anything from outside or your neighbors, community is quiet and friendly when you see them. 10/10 best first place to live or just live in general, very kid friendly. The kids around the apartment are very nice and respectful

I have lived at the renaissance over 2 years. The front office staff is amazing and quickly work to solve any issues or concerns. Maintenance is very quick to address all needs as well. I love calling the renaissance home especially with the awesome office staff in the front. Ashley and dawn are rockstars! I highly suggest these apartments if your looking for a safe, understanding and welcome place to call home.
