My name is Miriam and I'm the pastry chef/cake decorator behind all the cakes and desserts on this site. I am a mom of two located in the Lamorinda area of the San Francisco Bay Area. My journey to baking has been an interesting one. Growing up I didn't have much baked goods. A whip cream cake for our birthdays or a baked savory bun was the only association I had with baked goods.
The first time I baked anything was with my Easy Bake oven. It was basically "dump everything together" and put it in the "oven". That was when my baking journey started, and I fell in love with baking pastries and creating beautiful but more importantly, great tasting desserts. I eventually turned my fascination with baking into a career.

Services
Please order at least a month in advance for celebration cakes and three months for wedding cakes. The more time you order in advance the more likely I can add you to my production schedule. Message me even if you want a last minute cake and I will try to accommodate as best I can. It never hurts to ask!
