They literally just stop responding to you after a while. my psychiatrist, Jessica Ditto, vanished after i’d seen her for close to a year. and i need a higher dosage of my medication and i’m a student in high school. she also stopped communicating with my brother, who also needs a refill of his medication. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

When i made my appointment they asked for my insurance information and told me they accept my insurance. then sent me a $300 bill for one appointment because they didn't actually accept my insurance. also sent me two separate texts telling me to show up to the office 15 minutes early for my appointment, only to be told when i get there that it was a virtual appointment. this place is a scam

Dr. Bhalavat overmedicates patients to make them "stable." He made no effort at any point to mention how maintenance medication works. When for 3 years a former psychiatrist, had to retire due to health, prescribes proven maintenance medication, why would there be any need to stop. One star for sure.

My child likes her provider, however this office never answers the phone. They do not return calls, or answer emails. My child is close to running out of medication and after 9 phone calls and messages in a few days, you would think someone would call or answer. Great first impression on new clients and potential ones.
