I have lived here for over 2 years and the apartments are not in great shape and the office staff is useless. There are no parking spaces available, the side door is broken and anyone can get in the hall or through the door going upstairs and the hallways are dirty and when they clean they just slosh water and Fabolouso (horrible strong smell) without scrubbing or disenfecting. When you call the office number after hours there is a recording that says the apartments are no longer signed up to be transferred. The apartments are shabby outside and need to be painted. Very disappointing that I was assured that my lease renewal provided in June would consist of the same terms as the previous agreement of 15 months with the same price. (even went so far as to tell the associate that the proposed price was not an option) on the renewal letter provided. She said that it would be updated on the agreement to be sent within 48-72 hours) The actual agreement was NEVER provided. I then contacted the leasing office inquiring about my renewal and they would not honor the agreement saying that they had nothing in writing from the PREVIOUS management team. It’s very frustrating

Angel is THE MAN. My move in process went super smooth thanks to him. Mind you this isn't the first apartment i've moved into so I had everything ready and understood the financial requirements before applying. I ran into 1 issue with the internet and Angel went out of his way and dealt with ATNT to get it resolved. When I applied they were short staffed, but Angel made it seem like it was a casual day. I viewed the apartments applied and had a move in date a day later. I've been here a couple weeks and I can say it's been very peaceful compared to some of the other places i've been. I work full

We lived here for just under 5 years and never had a complaint! Awesome staff, great neighbors, clean pool and over all a fantastic experience! Apt 5214 was my sons first home and apt 3311 was where he took his first steps and became the hell raiser he is today. On Halloween the neighbors would set up a little trick or treat system for him and as he got older it just kept getting bigger With more and more neighbors joining in! Due to COVID 19 I fell Almost 3 months behind in bills and the management team continued to help and work with me to get caught up! They were able to work an exit deal with
