College Station Properties rented to me for a school year. I have the best things to say about the entire experience! Our property was so well maintained and it was clear a lot of care goes into each tenant’s experience. Any minor maintenance requests were fulfilled within the hour, the staff was always professional and understanding, and my roommates and I always knew we had awesome communications with CSP! I couldn’t recommend this more for locals and college students.

College Station is the best!!! I rented with them for three years, my sister rented with them for two. I cant recommend them enough! Case has gone above and beyond for us while renting from them (even on weekends if we needed him!!). Any maintenance requests were always fixed right away and we never had any major issues. I couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home!! They are all incredible, so helpful and kind.

College station has made renting my first apartment the best experience I could have asked for. They were so helpful to me during my renting process and any problems I had in my apartment were fixed by maintenance same day. Every employee is very kind and understanding. I can only hope my future renting experiences are as good as this one.

Really a great place to rent from. Loved living here the past two years and have zero complaints. The maintenance staff is top tier with good service. The office staff including Case are awesome people and are always looking to help out! Would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in Tuscaloosa!

I signed a lease with college station properties in 2019 and right after moving in I decided to release through them. Maintenance is very fast and friendly. In addition, the office staff is very accommodating. Perfect location, reasonable rent, and nice apartments. I highly recommend renting through College Station Properties, and definitely look into Central Park Apartments.

I highly recommend College Station Properties. My boys have lived there for over four years and have enjoyed every moment. The location could not be better.
