Our time at High River has been great. Emily and the maintenance guys do a fantastic job - they are responsive, professional, and friendly. We have been so spoiled by the spacious living room, bedrooms, and master closet, as well as a new in-unit washer and dryer set. The size of the kitchen is wonderful, and while some appliances may be ready for an update, everything has worked seamlessly for us. We also love the pool and are so impressed by how well it is kept up. Additionally, this pet-friendly home has been a great place to welcome our first four-legged family member. We wish we could take

DO NOT LET THE NEW APARTMENTS FOOL YOU. Have been living here since August of 2020. Month after month, week after week there has been problems arising. Ever since moving in we have not been able to have a stabilized place to call home. Maintenance has constantly been in our apartment almost every week since September. We have had countless rats pop up in building 400. Managers have said every excuse not to fix the situation. Dryer doesn’t even work. You have to dry your close 5 times in order for them to be fully dry. Mold is now starting to grow in our apartment. HIGHLY recommend that you do

Emily and Adam both are very responsive and helpful. They’ve worked so hard to make sure my experience with High River is positive. Rent is very reasonable for the area and the complex is well tended. Pet friendly and quiet neighborhood. I’m looking forward to the remainder of my time here.
Update: Put in a maintenance request late last night and got home from work today to find the initial maintenance and more had already been completed by Drew. Very impressed.

These apartment homes are absolutely fabulous!! My partner and I had been looking all over town for that just right apartment for us to start our lives together in. As soon as the property manager gave us a tour of these apartments, both me and my partner were in love! The price is great for us, the floor plans were nicely laid out, as if it kind of “flowed” naturally. We loved the fire place!! We were both sold on it! The property manager did his job SO WELL and accommodated to our needs, as if he knew exactly what we were searching for!! Thank you so much for the help of me and my partner
