The Tower is located on the corner of University Boulevard and Greensboro Avenue in the heart of historic downtown Tuscaloosa. This elegant high-rise was constructed in 1925, and was originally known as the First National Bank building. The Tower rises eleven stories above downtown Tuscaloosa and the Black Warrior River, providing spectacular views in all directions.
The building has been completely renovated and revitalized, and now offers luxury studios and loft 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments featuring upscale finishes and fixtures, premium appliances, including washers and dryers, and soaring 10-20 foot ceilings.

Let me tell you how AMAZING Abby and Vanessa are...
Vanessa hosted my tour and I looked at 3 units, loved them all, the space, the open concepts, and the views. Later, Abby presented me with a wonderful move-in special that I couldn't pass up. Both ladies are very attentive and had great communication.
The building: The Tower is conveniently located in the middle of everything downtown; no need to drive or request Uber/Lyft because you can just walk to your choice food and drinks. There's also a little eatery a few doors down that sells grocery essentials.
The apartment: I signed for a 1br.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I've been calling for 3 weeks now, left several voicemails, and have even gone by their leasing office during their posted hours, and have yet to see or hear back from anyone. They are the most unprofessional and LEAST luxurious place I have ever attempted to deal with. Don't waste your time.

I cannot believe that Arlington Properties allows the new leasing manager, Britton, to run the tower. He is the most unprofessional person that I have met in my entire life. We have called over and over for weeks trying to get in contact with someone here, and never got a response. Once we finally spoke with the leasing manager, he was extremely rude and demeaning. This is the worst experience I have ever had at any apartment complex in Tuscaloosa. It is quite evident that he has absolutely no experience with property management. Very disappointed. I will be contacting corporate ASAP.

I moved to The Tower last year in August for a large engineering project and I selected this place to stay because it advertised itself as a luxury apartment building and initially it was fine. When Amy Hodges was the acting property manager I didn't have any issues. She was always prompt with emails and returned all my calls in a timely manner. I recall that the first day I moved in I had some lizards coming out of my ceiling (depicted in one of my attached images) and she resolved the issues quickly and gave me the service report. I didn't have a lot of issues until the new acting property manager
