One of the counter employees is very unprofessional. She has some horrible attitude. I tried to ignore her attitude couple times on different days but she keeps showing attitude to everyone it seems like. She is black with long dreads (I don’t know what’s it called exactly).
She will walk thru right front of you not saying anything like you don’t exist. She is from the streets seems like, rude, unprofessional, just horrible. Yikes. I will talk to supervisor next time if it happens again.

Terrible experience here today, the whole concept is fine with me but seems short staffed and unprofessional. I ordered Lucille 's BBQ on DoorDash for pick up, I got there after about 45 minutes, but the cashier/greeter said I had to wait for another 25 minutes. So I left, and I went back and asked her if the order is ready. She didn't even answer back, then started giving me looks and using her cellphone. I had to ask again and she said another 25 minutes coz only one person is working right now, too much orders. No apologies whatsoever. I honestly never write reviews but this is unacceptable

2. A lot of good choices - I never seem to have enough space to eat everything that looks good on the menu.
3. The parking is usually free at night.

Your one stop shop to satisfy all of your cravings. I've ordered from Lucille's, Mama Masubi, and from my favorite- Capriotti's. On a few occasions, I've had to wait longer than my scheduled pick up time, but it wasn't too bad. The staff is always friendly. You can order online for pickup and delivery or you can order in store. Such a brilliant idea!

For those who want a little bite of everything, this place is for you! If you never know what to eat, Kitchen United Mix has tons of different restaurants to choose from! You can order a wide variety of food, and pay and pick up all in one place.
I ended getting musubis from mama musubi and sushi from Tokyo riso and went to my nearby park for a picnic. I do think some things were a bit overpriced for what it's worth but I like the concept of it!

Order a breakfast wrap and went to go pick up @7:30am just to find out that they don't have. They try to offer me something that was not the same price (cheaper) and of course I said no and ask for a refund. I was told that at this time I will have to wait until 8:00am until one of the other people from pick-up to get a refund because he can't process refunds. I waited and someone showed up and she told me she didn't understand why the other person just do the refund transaction at his side, but she went and processed my refund. Very disorganized. Not the first time I was unhappy with this place

The idea? Absolutely brilliant. Can get a lot of different types of food with one bill, can be picked up right quick when it's ready, just a great way to do the "food court" thing without the food court. Ordered from here three times, the first two times, no problem but tonight, what's going on guys?

This is a great place if you have a group and everyone wants to eat something different, or if you just don't know what you want. Even though the in front parking can be kind of hectic, you can easily park in the structure, across the street, or on Green St. What impresses me most is their customer service. On the rare occasion they have a misstep, they are willing to correct it as long as you bring it to their attention.
The food quality is good, and prices are reasonable for most items... it varies by kitchen.

First time here and love the concept. It's kinda like a food hall, but the kitchen is in the back and you order through the kiosks or online. We order from a few different places and love the varieties of food that we can try in one location. This is perfect when your party have different preference for food. One place for everything! In my opinion I think it's better to order through your phone over the kiosk inside. With the kiosk you weren't able to use promo codes.. or at least my didn't went through because you had to have an account. Overall food were prepared fast and

Have enjoyed being able to get things like Wendy's and Panini Grill etc that don't have nearby full-service restaurants. The place is relatively busy with lots of Uber Eats/Postmates drivers picking up deliveries but you can order yourself for pickup or even walk in and place and order there.
The food we have ordered has all been good and of the quality expected from the regular full-service restaurants. We have only done takeout but it's been packaged well and we have gotten everything we've ordered.
Parking - there is street parking as well as a lot across the street

This review isn't really for the restaurants, since they are mostly independent of KU. Their order infrastructure is a disaster. Orders are always horrendously late, especially if you order through their app, which is often down or glitchy.
When they started, and well into the initial stages of the pandemic, they were the standard for efficiency and to-go ghost kitchen excellence.
But it is kind of amazing though how, a year into the Pandemic, they've managed to get worse while everyone else has improved their delivery infrastructure. Honestly, unless they improve their internal order

Came here to get Halal Guys thinking it has its own stand but I really like this idea better where its 8-10 restaurants in one!! You go inside, order from the screen and wait on your order! Social distancing and masks on are enforced. I am really liking this concept. This is the 2nd place I've gone to before that foes this and it's super innovative, new and a good new way to order food especiallt if you're SUPER indecisive you can chose out of so mamy under one roof! This is also for people who have social anxiety and dont really like ordering regularly with waiters. The wait for

Below is my review and experience from Capriotti's on a recent Friday night. The Kitchen United staff was trying to help us with getting our order being that we ended up waiting so long but Capriotti's just dropped the ball on this. There were several other people coming up to see if their Capiotti's order was ready while we were waiting and they were being informed by the Kitchen United staff that they were very behind on orders. Lesson learned.
We waited an hour PAST the time we were told via email that it would be ready. Just insane and we must have been gluttons for punishment
