Breathe Together created space and helped me to go inward to find peace and joy! Thank you! I am so grateful for Breathe Together, the teachers, wisdom, strength, and happiness every day! Since joining, I have met new friends who share similar visions, and I have lost five pounds, gained strength, balance, and more resources (physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually).
This studio is a sanctuary for me. Developing a deeper yoga practice has been my primary reason for deciding to make numerous positive changes in my life. It would not have been possible without this space. I came to Breathe Together because it had special feel to it. I am eternally grateful to Jennifer Prugh and all the staff and supporters of this beautiful sanctuary.

These classes are for beginners and everyone who is interested in reviewing the essential elements of a yoga practice. These classes focus on the shapes of the postures, principles of alignment, utilizing the breath, lines of energy, and the language of the practice. These classes do not have a flow-based component with the exception of traditional sun salutations.
Traditionally, yoga was created to forge a fundamental relationship between the body, the mind, and the breath. From the root word, "yuj", meaning "to join", this includes building stronger relationships with ourselves and those around us. We make it a point at Breathe Together Yoga to make yoga accessible for everyone: from those with chronic conditions and injuries, to those whom are physically apt, to those who are somewhere in between.
For everyone's comfort, we continue to keep our classes at a limited capacity. As long as space remains, you can sign-up for an in-person Mysore class right up until it begins through any point of the class, and walk-in. See our Class Schedule page to sign up. If you can't make it, you must cancel 3 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation/no-show fee.
Take care of yourself and others by not coming to the studio if you aren't feeling well or have any symptoms of illness. Pre-registration is required. I've loved coming to Breathe for years and was SO happy when they introduced a new prenatal yoga class. Being 8 months pregnant, this class is a much needed addition to my week and I truly look forward to it. It's one of the only practices that actually helps ease my back pain!
I'm so appreciative of the care and attention this studio brings to their range of classes. I always leave class with a refreshed mind and body.

Breathe Together Yoga has made a wonderful impact on my life. It has helped me overcome my back issues, helped me with flexibility and creating a healthy routine for my life. They are warm, welcoming and encourage each client to do what is right for themselves. Great studio, online or in person; wonderful instructors; and excellent selection of classes. What more can you ask for in a yoga studio.

This is true community based yoga. There is a yoga style for everyone and a community of yogis to lean on and learn from. This is not "get er done, corporate yoga". This is the real deal. This beautiful petite studio hosts 2 yoga rooms, a living room with yoga gear and jewelry, massage rooms, two bathrooms and the Mandala Tea house with coffee, tea, smoothies and more.

AMAZING! This is the opposite of a chain, it's built and run with heart and has wonderful people working here and teaching the classes.
It is beautifully decorated and you feel a sense of calm as soon as you walk in which is so needed in this chaotic world that we have created. They have a small cafe which serves up smoothies which is great after a class. I wish they bring back their yummy açaà bowls quickly though. The front desk staff is so friendly and welcoming.
Jim who teaches the Wuji Qigong class is wonderful. He is clearly a master at what he does and is so patient and kind

I loveeeeeeeee this studio. The instructors are excellent, the class size is just right, staff is always friendly. And I love their strict policies. Thank you for upholding a standard that all studios should pursue. I don’t like studios where people just keep coming in after the class starts and so I love this late fee charge.

This is such an amazing high quality studio. The teaching and support staff are top notch. BTY supported the community with a great variety of online classes with an array of wonderful teachers throughout the Covid shutdown. They have reopened to in studio classes with safety protocols in place, as well as great awareness and respect for the current situation. BTY teachers continue to provide online and park yoga for those not able to or comfortable with coming into the studio. This is a magical supportive studio

This is my favorite Bay Area yoga studio! The front desk staff are very welcoming & helpful, and the teachers are all extremely knowledgeable. There is a good variety of classes. Cute tea shop & gift shop as well!
Covid protocols are in place and I feel comfortable in class, spaced out & with masks.

Oh yes my local yoga studio. Their goal is to that yoga is for everyone and they are true to their word. It doesn't matter what religion you are or what race, there is something for everyone here. You can see classes online or in person. If you were in Santana Row back in 2018 then you may have been in their free in person class provided by Lululemon. I call this my local yoga studio because everyone here is so nice. When I exercised with them a few times, I got to meet all the instructors here including the boss lady. The boss lady did a good job of leading everyone during the Flow Yoga session

This review is a long time coming. The purpose behind the creation of the studio is lovely but the way it is ran is not geared towards the members.
Pre COVID the studio is so packed you can not move in most classes. Mats are touching and you are encouraged to be kind and practice patience. This gets old. When you pay over $100 a month for a few classes it would be nice to be able to know you don't have to rush to class to get a spot or be uncomfortable while practicing.
The tea bar and little store inside is super cute! I love the jewelry. The teachers are delightful and fun! That is the

I’m a travel nurse from South Carolina in a new city exploring something NEW! I do Detoxification & Meditation in my business so I’m familiar with the environment. I was told about BTY & instantly signed up due… to the staff members Kat & Katie being so informative.
Class with Heather was enlightening as she combines meditation, chanting, breathing techniques & poses! Love it!!
The studio is very intimate & a great way to meet like minded ppl!

This is the place for social justice warriors to learn how yoga will be done in the future. Tried several instructors. There's a lot more than yoga going on at this place, which is very distracting. Couldn't feel comfortable with any of the instructors. Call me old school, old straight white make oppressor, capitalist pig or whatever, this place is not for peace of mind and body. Gimme back the yoga of the good old 1990's when yoga was about developing self rathee than bringing down the system.

This is my happy place! I've been a member for a few years 2012-2015 or so, then life changed and I stopped going there... recently 2018-2019 I rejoined and so happy to be back! It's so wonderful to see all familiar faces - teachers are the same, relaxing atmosphere is the same... can't wait to try some new classes :-) and new drinks at Mandala Tea cafe.

The studio is absolutely beautiful, the atmosphere is peaceful and friendly, and the regular yoga classes are really great: I haven't tried all the instructors, but Joanne Varni and Mark Tanaka are truly gifted.
The missing stars are for an expensive Compassion Workshop by Stanford for which I paid $395 to the studio. No doubt therein lies irony in this review, but buying something for $395, deciding it isn't for you and not being able to get a refund doesn't really feel compassionate, either.
I believe this may have been the instructor's first time teaching this workshop

I've been to Breathe Together a few times. They offer community classes for International Yoga Day and New Year's. I also tried out their flying lotus (aerial) class. They offer many different types of classes!
Beautiful space with 2 studios; one is larger with the silks and a smaller one with a fountain. It smells lovely inside with incense, candles, essential oils plus yoga gear (clothing, mats, wheels, water bottles, etc) for sale. There's also a juice/tea bar. Plentiful of parking available in the plaza.
Seems to be busy when class gets out and new yogis come in for the next

I've waited to write my review until I practiced at this studio long enough to really get a feel for their vibe, tried a good majority of the different types of yoga classes, and also tried a variety of instructors.
When people say they don't like yoga, I always ask if they've actually tried more than one type. It's like ice cream (wait, what?), you may hate rocky road, but you love mint chip! So just like with yoga, you may hate yin or hatha, but you find you love vinyasa or ashtanga! See where I went with that?

Prior to my review, Breathe Together Yoga's Studio Profile in the ClassPass app did NOT state its attendance policy anywhere.
Less than an hour after posting my review, I was emailed directly by Breathe Together Yoga's Business Manager, Katie (who also replied to it directly on Yelp, below).
I explained my situation to her: that I booked the class less than thirty minutes before it's start-time via ClassPass, and KNEW that I would be coming late. (It's the day & age of Waze, people.)
Had their policy been written explicitly literally anywhere, I wouldn't have wasted

Where do I start?
This yoga studio is by far, the BEST in Silicon Valley.
The minute you walk in, you feel the warmth.
From the yoga enthusiasts at the front desk, to the mandala tea house that nourishes you, to the kind, caring, and thoughtful instructors that lead classes.
After taking a few James' of class (and others) I knew I've found my go to place where I unwind, and where I can be the most authentic version of me.
It is here where I've rediscovered my love and passion for Yoga.
I am so grateful for this studio.

There are so many great things about Breathe! I find that it's not just a yoga studio but also is an overall wellness center. There's a cafe inside where you can get healthy, organic drinks. I mean, come on, when do you ever see a cafe inside a yoga studio? Furthermore, Breathe offers different services of healing modalities like Ayurveda assessments and acupuncture. In general, Breathe holds a very beautiful space. From the prayer flags decorating the beams inside the studio to the colors of the hanging aerial yoga fabric, I noticed right away that the space was dedicated to the 5 elements

I unfortunately had a really frustrating and unwelcome customer experience at "Breathe" studio in Los Gatos. Something I did not expect, since I generally like the studio.
I was a few minutes late to the class because of heavy traffic, spent 1 hour trying to reach from Mountain View, and they did not let me in. More than that, they made me pay 20 USD as if for the "missed class" with Classpass. In communication and correspondence with me there were very little signs of good customer care, essentially they told me to "go away" once I arrived. I really expected a more welcome treatment from this

Breathe has reestablished my love for yoga! After being disappointed by a few studios, I found myself taking my practice home. A friend of mine brought me along to a yoga class at Breathe and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms are calming, the teachers attentive, and the students respectful. There is also a cute little tea house that offers some delicious smoothies (the Hanuman is my favorite). Love the Breathe community!

This is one of the most beautiful yoga studios I've practiced in. I really like and appreciate the energy here.
There are two rooms flooded with tons of natural light. The smaller room has a fountain wall out of glass. So pretty. The larger room has vaulted ceilings with multi-colored flying yoga fabric things (silks?).
I've taken to restorative/relaxing yoga classes. One with Jane and one with Beverly. They are both warm and inviting as instructors.
You can tell this place is created from love and appreciation for designer. User experience oriented.
