After procrastinating for about a year, I finally decided to give Lynch fitness a call and try a workout with Mike. I have been active in sports and lifting workouts my entire life and was hesitant to get a coach after so many years of extensive reading and self-workouts and thru knowledge accumulated from gyms, videos, and subscriptions. My first meeting with Mike filled in the gaps I did not know I was missing. Mike is the best! Exercise/fitness have always been a part of my life, but approaching my late 40’s, I had to do something different to look and feel better. I also had an old hip injury to deal with. I was inspired to call Mike after seeing a former classmate of mine reach her fitness goals training at Lynchfit. Met with Mike two weeks ago for some nutritional counseling and he was really so nice, fun, and easy to talk to. Pre-counseling he was easy to get in contact with and a great communication. During my nutritional counseling, he was considerate of my time and expressed a great deal of knowledge about fitness and health. Mike is probably the best trainer I have ever encountered. He is focused, stays awake!, dedicated and has perfected his craft. In the few short weeks I have been training with Mike I have seen a huge difference in my body, mind and spirit. He does not only focus on the outside but he encourages you to focus on the inside with his knowledge and experience in the field of training and fitness. Mike is definitely an expert! He helped me work on my speed for the track team and in just a few short months I'm a faster runner and breaking my speed records. He also taught me how to box which has gotten me into great shape. But most of all, since working with Mike I have experienced great workouts that have helped me become strong and lean, losing excess body fat in the process. To call Mike a 'trainer' does him a disservice. He is a fitness and nutrition expert. You will be hard-pressed to find a person more knowledgeable about exercise and nutrition. Mike successfully uses his knowledge to craft effective custom personal exercise regiments and nutritional guidelines for each one of his clients.

Michael Lynch is an amazing personal trainer. I was 210lbs...which is fine if you are 7ft tall but I'm barely 5'10". I was plagued with constant lower back pain. I felt like a 70 year old in a 30 year old's body. After adjusting my diet alone, I lost 15lbs without exercise.
