Are you one of the millions who have joined a gym, intending to work out, tone up, bulk up, lose weight or just feel better only to realize after a few visits it's not for you? People everywhere expect results from going to the gym. They believe they will achieve these results with regular visits to a gym, but after a few initial visits they typically just don't feel comfortable.
According to the Centers for Disease Control, strength training might just be the cure for what ails you. People with health concerns of all kinds, including heart disease and arthritis can benefit from an exercise program that includes lifting weights a few times each week.

And the benefits aren't just physical - pair a few strength training sessions per week with regular aerobic exercise for a profound impact on your mental and emotional health.Strength training is an exercise modality that uses progressive resistance to increase the metabolism. It provides obvious benefits, like building strong muscles and giving you a fit, cut look, but it does so much more.
Are you willing to commit to workouts one to two times per week with licensed certified strength trainers? If you joined a gym to lose weight in the past, only to give up after a few weeks, never seeing the results you wanted, you are not alone. Every year millions of people join gyms with high hopes of losing weight and toning up, but find they are uncomfortable - with the trainers, with the atmosphere, and with the overall results.
