FitWay Fitness is a family owned business which was established by Luis Moreno in 1981, on Long Island, New York. Luis grew up in the bodybuilder legends era, knowing some of the biggest names of the day, eg: Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lou Ferrigno, and Franco Columbu. He developed relationships with many professional athletes including Lyle Alzado (NFL Defensive End), who he trained with for many years.
All sessions can be paid for through PayPal or Venmo. In order to secure specific days/times we recommend booking several sessions in advance. FitWay will send a money request directly through PayPal or Venmo. Once your session(s) is booked and payment has been processed, you'll receive a confirmation email.
Missed a workout? Missed a week of workouts? Fell off your diet? Well, that was then and this is now. It happened, and it will happen again. How you handle it is what really matters. Whether it was a day or a week, jumping right back in is the key. Pick up where you left off and don't look back. Your body will immediately bounce back to where it was if you simply dust yourself off and start again.
As a rule of thumb, we should be eating a balanced meal every three hours. This can vary slightly based on your metabolism. Those with a slower metabolism might be satisfied longer than those with a faster metabolism. Time between meals should not exceed four hours. When we eat a balanced meal every three hours, our body continues burning fuel and running smoothly.
Preparing and packaging meals ahead of time is a great way to maintain healthy eating habits. Fitway recommends choosing a day and time (eg; Sundays, 3pm-6pm) that you'll adhere to each week. Chicken breasts, pork chops, and roasts are great for multiple meal planned cooking. A typical baking sheet will hold 9 breasts or pork chops.
