Signed my very first lease on my own here. This complex is beautiful and has great amenities! Though the parking can be tricky at night if you have a late job , the office handles complaints and compliments with love. Had recent issue with my roommates and talked with the office staff who reassured me my rights within the lease and had some fun while doing so. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Verandahs of Brighton Bay is a great place to love. I appreciate the spacious floor plans, pet-friendly community, and resort style pool. Maintenance is timely, professional, and provides great service. Charles, on the maintenance team is especially great as he is very kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Apartment hunting today and stopped in without an appointment because it was right next to another property I was looking at. Such great hospitality and the apartments were beautiful. Nesha was amazing helping us find exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely be keeping in touch with here as this was instantly a top choice for what we’ve seen. Tommy is a rock star. The Maintenance Team at The Verandahs is friendly, professional and most importantly, efficient. My wife and I moved here from New Hampshire 8 months ago. Of the many similarities in Gated Communities, an active Maintenance Crew was paramount. In our opinion, Tommy is a skilled employee that leads a Team reflective of his qualities.

The maintenance team at Verandahs is SUPERB, compared to the ones I had at my previous community. It's easy to get their attention and they are very prompt in addressing the concern. Special shout out to Dylan who came by today to help us resolve our AC issue and even recommended that we change the radiator grille (even though that was above and beyond the original concern).

I really love the Verandahs. The staff is very helpful and always available if you need any assistance or have any questions. I’m very particular about my surroundings and privacy, but this property has definitely exceeded my expectations of comfort living. Maintenance is especially helpful and knowledgeable of their job when you need them for anything which is great. The property manager Kristin is very professional and eager to assist with anything you may need at anytime. I’m sure anyone would love it here!

Living here for 3+ years and have loved every moment. The property is beautiful, the management team has always been exceptional to work with and maintenance is quick to respond to any issues and very efficient with their work. Landscaping is done every Monday, and I love the periodic food truck visits that offer a quick and easy meal from time to time. Best of all, is location! Close enough to get anywhere quickly, but nestled far enough out of the way to enjoy a peaceful community. Can't say enough good things about my experience living here, thanks Verandahs team!
