Whitestone Village

Horrible place to live. Maintenance and landlord are both garbage. Classic case of nepotism. Landlord is nosey and very rude. Maintenance does nothing. Nothing gets fixed. Appliances are outdated. Unless you'd live to have a landlord who threatens you, then I suggest you take your business elsewhere. This place is not worth it. They need to fire the current landlord and hire someone that actually knows what they're doing. Same with the maintenance.

Maintenance was absolutely awful and did a really bad job fixing our laundry door. Also, they stole part of our security deposit for white marks on the floor when there weren't any. We left the house better than when we came. Very rude to us at times. Townhouse was dirty when we moved in. We are so happy we moved! Please, do not move here. Find yourself something better!

I absolutely love my townhome, I have never lived anywhere that I felt more at home or that I felt like when I needed something done it was always taken care of. Laura answers my texts or phone calls no matter what time of day and Richard the maintenance man is always just a phone call away if something needs fixed and he does it right the first time. I couldn’t be happier with where I live!

Me and my son Andy have lived here in whitestone Village going on three years now. Its peaceful and quiet. Never had any issues. If your rent is paid on time and follow the rules you wont. The only people that have issues are ones who cannot follow the rules. When something needs fixed Richie gets on it promptly.

Please save yourself the headache and pocket of living in whitestone village....disappointment is a understatement. Just awfulness. They delay and make excuses and will take advantage of your rental rights. I would NEVER refer this place to anyone not even my worst enemy.
Clearly they dont get sued enough for continuing violating tenant rental rights and speech.

Office is a straight shooter.
Only time they'll be a problem for you is if you can't follow what you agreed to in the lease. Otherwise, they're awesome. Never had a problem.
Apartments are inexpensive and not terribly bad shape.

Nice place to live. Townhouses are in good shape. The manager handles any problems you have.

Worst place to live ever. maintenance will not fix anything. The office staff is incompetent and mean. You will never get your deposite back! no one takes accountability if you have complaints with them. They will lie and cheat to rob you of your deposit. Dont not live there very dirty.
