This was definitely an xperience to remember. I really enjoyed my time here. I had great neighbors and the staff was great. I had a blast decorating and making it my own. If maintenance had to come to do service checks they were professional and you never even knew they had been in your place. It was peaceful, spacious and I had everything I needed and more. I loved my little corner apartment.

I truly love living here at Abberly! Yes, the grounds and amenities are top notch and our place feels very much like home, but it's the staff that help make Abberly the best place to live in the Fredericksburg area! Each one of them deliver on their promises and are quick to address any concerns. Honestly, I can understand the reluctance of those who leave-life happens, homes are built... however, they do so with a smile and are not shy to state that the experience throughout was nothing short of wonderful! Thank you Abberly and staff for caring, listening and spoiling us! We love you!!!

Do to unforeseen circumstances, I had to break my lease early. The staff worked very closely with me and even provided a payment plan to ease the price burden associated with breaking a lease. In my short 10 month stay, I was always greeted with smiles and respect. The maintenance was performed the same day in most cases but never later than the next day. I would certainly rent here again if circumstances bring me back to the area. Good price and excellent amenities.

This apartment complex is really nice! The grounds are very clean and well kept. Maurice helped me and was extremely patient through the entire process. He found the best apartment that fit my needs at the last minute. 10/10 would recommenced working with Maurice if you're looking to live here. Looking forward to meeting the other staff here and moving in!

The leasing office and maintenance staff are amazing and very personable. I've never had any issues out of the norm. If maintenance is needed they are super quick to help fix whatever is necessary. I put in a request and they were there not even 5 minutes later.

DO.NOT.RENT.FROM.HERE! Trust me when I say this was a nightmare experience and we should have known better. We were so excited to rent at Abberly since they had a wonderful pool, a clubhouse that they claimed was available 24/7, and a dog park to keep our dog fit and happy. Well....$200 non refundable deposit and a $450 dog deposit later, we got our one bedroom one bath apartment. Right when we moved in, half of the outlets in the kitchen weren't working and even after the maintenance guy worked on it, continued to not work for weeks. I have lived here since July 2019. Overall I'd say it's not a bad place to live. For me it's not too loud. I do not hear the people above or beside me. I live next to an elderly woman so I'm pretty sure that has a lot to do with it and the elevator and hall is on the other side so I am not sandwiched in between two other residents thankfully. I live in the two bedroom 2 1/2 bath unit. It's spacious enough for me as a single person. I have not had any major issues with anyone from my building. They have dogs and I do not hear them or smell them.

This place is a prison. They fine fore everything yet the tenants that throw a party every night next door to me seem to have free reign. If you have to have someone stay the night, their vehicle WILL be towed without notice no matter the reason they had to park there. You pay to be treated as an inmate as opposed to a tenant. I would recommend silver collection over any abberly apartments

So, don't let the exterior, pool, clubhouse or landscaping fool you. Customer service sucks! They have a young, inexperienced staff that has no idea what property management or customer service is. So much turnover and trust me, the rent is not worth the hassle. You'd be better off paying less somewhere else than all the inconveniences that come with the high priced rent (elevators break down often, most of the social gatherings are for the on-site staff - - yep, some work in the office and are maintenance personnel).

My review is very different from the other one. I've had a fantastic experience here. All of the people in our building (1506) are very friendly and helpful. The pool, while being smaller isn't ever too packed to use in my opinion.
My understanding with the elevators is that moving companies are continuously hitting the ceiling of the elevator and causing it to break down. There should be a better system in place for when this happens though, because as we've seen with the other review we do have handicapped people livng here. We haven't had an elevator break down in our building

It saddens me to post this as I had great hopes for Abberly Southpont, but my 6 months here have been riddled with serious deficiency. This post is not anything other than to warm others before getting into a long, costly lease that will cost even more to break. Management is more concerned with protecting their employees/contractors than their other tenants. Well, at least one employee and his mother who was, may still be a contractor here.
