Pilates exercises are dynamically and intentionally chosen to create a balance of intensity and relaxation, focused on body flexibility and endurance. All sessions are 60 minutes long and can be tailored for both new students and advanced clients. Our 1-on-1 workout programs are personalized to help you achieve your body and wellness goals.

Kristina is simply amazing. She is so open hearted and shares her wisdom so generously with her clients. She has listened to me with no judgement and has made a plan that helps me meet my needs and help me to achieve my goals. She has been so encouraging of my efforts. Kristina is an amazing Pilates instructor! Words can't really describe her style of teaching, but she is intuitive, focused, and able to pinpoint issues with your movement patterns and trace them to root causes throughout your body. I've only worked with Kristina for about 5-6 sessions privately, but I've already gained a lot of knowledge and progress compared to other private pilates sessions I've taken for over 6 months (20-30 sessions). Kristina is amazing - not only is she a beautiful, thoughtful, and a caring person - she listens with no judgement and is observant to what you and your body need to be healthy. She is insightful and aware and will adjust or modify your workout so you can be your best self. Hands down the best one-on-one workout I’ve ever had, and I look forward to seeing her every time.

I have been going to Kristina for a couple of months and can really tell the increase in my strength and flexibility. It has also helped with my back pain. Kristina always makes the workouts fun and individualizes the workout for you. I had never done Pilates before and have found it a great experience. I highly recommend it.

Kristina is as amazing as the reviews make her out to be- if not more! Working with her will give you a uniquely-tailored session to address the trouble spots throughout your body. I think Kristina's approach can seem less structured than your average classical pilates session, but she has extensive knowledge, strong intuition, and really knows how… to target and activate parts of the body that are weak/dormant.

Kristina is absolutely in the right profession. She is detailed, intuitive, and brings the same level of passion to each session. She customizes each workout depending on where I have tension, injury, or soreness and always checks in throughout the workout. Come to class prepared to laugh, learn, and gain tremendous confidence. First of all, Kristina has a gorgeous figure with strength and focus that astounds me. She doesn't care what your size is, expertise level or limitations are. She is amazing. I agree with the other reviewers. I look forward to the pilates sessions; Kristina has made me stronger, with my core, and with overall strength. I enjoy the benefits, both physical and mentally. Kristina also works at the right pace, pays attention to your body, any aches and pains one might be experiencing and adjusts accordingly. The location of her studio can't be beat either - get a view of the water, while performing the rowing series on the pilates!

This is my first time writing a review about Pilates. There is a perception that Pilates are mainly for women exercises, apparently German professional boxer Joseph Pilates who created these exercises for people who were bed-bound after World War I outbreak, these patients can start toning their muscles even while they were on beds using springs… attached to beds. Regarding my experience, I do practice Yoga almost 4 days a week and run 4-5 miles per week, but I started developing lower back pain because of disc bulge due to sitting in front of computer longer periods. Kristina is a great instructor! I have been taking her classes and we have been working on my posture and my back and I defiantly see a result. But what makes me feel even better, is when other people noticed that I look taller because I stand straight. She will make you you sweat but it's all worth it.I love pilates and if you have an awesome instructor like Kristina you will see how your body will change and you feel amazing about yourself.

Kristina is an artist. She took my out of shape body and helped sculpt it to a sleeker, toned, muscular version of myself. Like Michelangelo, she sees the core and has the vision of the shape to come. She carefully studies each of my movements, ensuring I will not injure myself.
