Staying at the Misty Ridge seemed like the place to be, but this place was just another place I should have avoided. Their tiny apartments may seem affordable, but really they’re just not for me. I couldn’t wait to move in once I found out I got my 440 something sq ft apartment, but once I got there, I was immediately overwhelmed by how small it was and how much stuff I had. I tried downsizing a few times, but nothing seemed to accommodate the small apartment. Maybe this apartment is for you, but with the ladies there thinking they’re better than you and only one nice worker there that always

I've enjoyed living at Misty Ridge Apartments in Woodbridge for the past 2+ years. The location is very centralized so that's a big plus. For the most part it's quiet and I feel safe living here. I live alone so this is extremely important for me.
Everyone that works here, for the most part, has been very attentive and nice in all aspects. Although, the towing issue before COVID was horrible, but now it's much better.
I would recommend Misty Ridge Apartments.

Nice try. You're office was called 5 days in a row. We left messages with your so called answering service. No calls were Ever returned. We called from different numbers and left different messages and still to this day no calls have been returned. We were given the wrong monthly rent amount up front. We were given the wrong applications on 3 different occasions. Never has it been so difficult to rent an apartment. Glad we didn't sign up here. I wish we had read All the reviews. Be aware if you're considering this place.

Stayed here long ago like in 05-08 somewhere in those years and moved from there and noticed on my credit report today when trying to purchase a home that I was evicted by the manager without my knowlege when I'm the one who left when my least was up and it stated I was an disturbance to the Apt complex and they recieved numerous reports about me when I was there for 3 to 4 years and even helped build the covered carports that they charging 25 extra think I'm lying about this go to the back right in front of Apt 807 my name is engraved along with my daughters name ....Now back to you Misty Ridge

Lived here from January 2019 to December 2019. Also worked here for close to 2 years. Truly a great property to live at and work for. I still to this day miss my residents here and definitely my old co-workers(family). They were truly good to me as a resident and employed as a staff member. Kathy and everyone is the best!

Misty Ridge is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. If you want an apartment that’s quiet and peaceful then I would highly recommend. The staff is very personal and treat you as family. Whenever I have a problem, which is very rare, they are out either that day or next. I love the fact that they allow you to pay online and it doesn’t charge you extra to use a checking account. My dog loves the dog park. The maintence team is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have befriended a lot of the other residents and can honestly call this place..... home!
