Yoga & Wellness With Keri Ann
Keri-Ann's teaching has led her to New York City, Ireland, Italy and San Diego where she was teaching yoga to the Navy/Marines. She loves to travel and to meet new people from different cultures and the challenge of different yoga backgrounds. Her style, of Vinyasa/Hatha Yoga, is a fun and high-spirited flowing practice of that links the breath to the movement.

Each class combines meditation, movement, spirituality, stretching, deep relaxation and alignment. Clients can expect clear and concise direction and interactions (adjustments) within her class. They will leave feeling completely relaxed and energized! Keri-Ann is a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider) offering CEU's for Yoga Students or for those who are interested in teaching yoga.

Private/Semi-Private/Small Group Yoga Sessions are great for those who may shy away from the studio environment, recovering from an injury, are at home with little ones, work from home, or would like more personalized attention. This is a way to make time for yourself no matter what your schedule has going on.
Keri Ann conducted a private yoga class for my friends and I during our mom's weekend away. There was varying levels of yoga experience in the room from "never taken a class" to "taken 10 classes or more". Keri Ann was able to tailor her program and poses to the range of experience levels in the room.
This is an introductory course to Health & Wellness and how it can help you balance your mind, body and spirit. The class will introduce different modalities: yoga, ayurveda, meditation, breathing exercises, stress management, and relaxation techniques. The class will incorporate discussions, reading assignments, essay writing, and demonstrations on the different holistic approaches.
Interested in holding one of these workshops at your studio, retreat, home or wellness center? Yoga Train the Trainer is great for all employees in the health field. This is a very beneficial program that can help the patients, RN's and Doctors to develop a healthy resilience and a healthy community.

Keri Ann conducted a private yoga class for my friends and I during our mom's weekend away. There was varying levels of yoga experience in the room from "never taken a class" to "taken 10 classes or more". Keri Ann was able to tailor her program and poses to the range of experience levels in the room. In addition, Keri Ann was really in tune with what we needed to get out of the class which was basically a full body stretch and some serious stress relief. I would HIGHLY recommend Keri Ann.
