By far one of the best dental experiences I have had in a while. Silvia and Afnan, the ladies at the front desk are really sufficient and know their job very well. They are sweet and check you in and out at a fast steady pace. They hygienist, Odedette makes you feel super comfortable and always answers questions and concerns without a problem. Overall very happy with the service I have gotten at Smile Dental Care.

I've had a hard time finding a good dentist and hygienist in this area, but good reviews brought me to Smile Dental on Archer and it did not disappoint. Odette did a great job cleaning my teeth. Very detailed and professional. Did not rush thru and surface clean, she did it right! I will definitely go back and recommend. The place is very clean, the staff friendly (I was greeted with a Hi Peggy! when I walked in and it's only my second time there) and they accept my insurance, what more can you ask for?

Best experience ever at a dental office!
EVERYTHING from the moment I walked in till the moment I left was pleasant. Everyone was friendly. They worked together as a team. I only wish my insurance covered them or else I would switch over in a heartbeat!! This is the place to go for dental work. I hope I won’t need more work, but I’m sure glad I know where to go if I do.

The people here are nice and the facility is well kept, but the work provided here is shoddy at best.
My wife and I had a good bit of work (fillings, crowns, and bridges) done here because it was close to home, but not even five years later and both of our work was completely undone.
I was simply chewing a piece of gum one day and the filling essentially disintegrated and left a huge hole in my tooth.
My wife and I both have fillings that we've had since we were kids and they're still holding up just fine. Again, the people here are nice and the facility is well kept, but the work

Worst dental experience of my life! Overpriced, sub-par customer service & procedure experience! Better experiences elsewhere since my last visit here a couple of years ago when first opened. Judging by some of the recent reviews, I see things are still hit or miss with this practice/location! Do your research and go elsewhere, you won't regret it!

Most unorganized dentist office ever, they will schedule a time for you but will take you 30mins+ after your scheduled time. I could understand 10-15mins after or once or twice here and there it happens, but since I had a lot appointments here 10+ and I come in on TIME. I am stuck in the waiting room for 30mins+ every single appointment.The most time I spent waiting was an hr after my scheduled appointment. This is reason why I had to changed dentist i am tired of waiting for half and hour every time I walk into this office. If your a person who is busy or has planned things to do. Do not I repeat

Staff and docs are nice. Place is clean and welcoming. This place told me that my 7 yr old needed a root canal on a baby tooth. They did not want to just pull the tooth. The place they referred me to was super expensive. Went for a second opinion at another place and I will just say that I would never go back..

Do not get fooled by their big FALSE advertisements! I called and scheduled an appointment for my son almost a whole month wait and asked beforehand if they took my insurance which they said they did for what we were going for and once we were there it was over an hour wait to be seen even with an appointment for them to deny my insurance and tell me that I needed to speak to someone that would talk to me about financing and sell me some dental plan they offered. It felt like a cheap salesman gimmick! They even lied and said something about my insurance not approving the work that needed to be

This place is amazing! All the staff from the receptionists, hygienist and the dentists are very nice, polite and make you feel so comfortable! The place is clean and very modern, plus you get to pick what you want to watch on Netflix! They have an orthodontist on staff as well. The hygienist does a terrific job at cleaning your teeth, she is very detailed and explains everything she is doing. I got my wisdom tooth pulled out by Dr. Weber, I was super nervous but he made me feel so comfortable and did a great job! Thank you! Highly recommend!

I went there a while back to receive x-rays on my impacted wisdom teeth, everything was fine until their oral surgeon came to tell me he can't do it because "they're under my gums" and he can't do it. Well that's the problem.. THEY'RE IMPACTED, you have to take them out through surgery. I was baffled and felt like he didn't want to perform surgery since I had no insurance. I was told to wait 2 years until they come out of my gums, terrible advice. I've been in pain and they do not care.

Went there for a consultation in regards to braces, totally over priced. Hadn't even walked out the door when I heard the manager / staff talking so poorly about the public aid patients and complaining about those with PPO's who decided not to have a contract with them
They seemed more interested in getting new accounts for the company then concerned about the patients needs.
Totally unprofessional, No wouldn't recommend them at all !

All I can say is that the dentist is now my friend. I hadn't been to the dentist in 16 years, so I was terrified. However I walked into a very modern and comfortable lobby, was created by friendly receptionist (Vivian)and it started there. I first met with Xochi who too my xrays and asked me what did I want to watch on Netflix to make the experience more relaxing. BTW I chose beauty and the beast. I can't believe the quality of care delivered at this dental office. They truly care about their patients and it shows. Their attention to detail and true empathy is shown by their thorough explanation of services and the care they deliver. The dentist Stephanie was so knowledgeable and comforting in her care. Had a terrible toothache so I made an appointment online for right when they opened. I got in a few minutes late but they saw me right away. They were so respectful and professional. I had to get my tooth removed due to abscess and I didn't feel a thing. Plus I am pregnant and the other dentist I went to go see refused to help me because of the risk. I was very lucky they got it out. Now just waiting on the healing process. Also I didn't have insurance because it wasn't renewed for this month. And not having insurance and the pricing was very reasonable. I will be coming back. I

Worst service. Scam. I went for a cleaning and they did my X-rays. Dentist said I need 3 root canals and 10 cavities. Don't even clean my teeth and secretary says I would owe $5000 with insurance. I went for a second opinion and nothing was wrong my teeth. My $ would pay for their fancy overhead. Don't get fooled.

I love Smile Dental. My whole family loves them. I like that they give you a treatment plan and always present the cost of treatment beforehand. They are very reasonably priced. The only reason I do not give them 5 stars is because I feel they push Invisalign on my husband and I every time we get a cleaning. Otherwise, I love the friendly staff, doctors and very clean office.

I came here because where every my mom went I went...but I'm happy she came here because it brought me to Dr.Khan...I am that person who HATED the dentist or even the idea of it..All my life I have struggled with being comfortable with a dentist that was until I met Dr.Khan...she has literally changed my life.
