Absolutely love how beautiful, clean and modern YOLO West is! So thankful we were able to find this beautiful place and all its amenities but better yet, APRIL, the property manager who made the process painless and wonderful! Every complex needs a manager like April. She is so friendly, welcoming and accommodating! I’ve never met someone like her who literally puts her residence first and genuinely wants you to have the best experience in your home!!

Throughout our move in, April, the apartment manager, has been super helpful. Any problems/questions were answered/fixed quickly and satisfactory. The complex itself is modern, clean and well maintained. Our apartment is spacious, the public hallways are wide and always kept clean as well as the designated area for our little furry companions to relief themselves. The neighbors are all nice and quiet.

We've been living at YOLO West for a little over a year now and I can tell you we love it so much more than anywhere we've ever lived! April (the apartment manager) goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of quickly and has left us sweet little surprises for our 2 year old son for every holiday. Everyone in the community is friendly and the grounds are always kept perfectly clean and well maintained.

I am so grateful to have found this property! My apartment is gorgeous, modern and very spacious. The community is gated and I feel safe. The courtyard is beautiful and the amenities are great. April is an absolutely amazing property manager. She has gone above and beyond to make me feel at home and has gone the extra mile to help me get adjusted to the community. I’m very happy here and never leaving.

We really enjoyed our stay at YOLO West apartments! April hands down exceeded our expectations and made our time there a memorable experience! Everything is brand new and the amenities are top notch... I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody, young or old, single or married, parents or not, YOLO fits the needs of all types of residents... YOLO West is a great community. It's new, upgraded, and safe! The property manager, April, has been amazing from the first time I met her. She's quick to response to questions and provides check in whenever I see her. We had a scheduled blackout at night due to construction, but April wasn't notified of it. The main gates weren't working the following morning. I was in a panic to get to the garage to get to work on time! April managed to get someone to help us get the key fobs and garage door working! These apartments are very beautiful and I love living here. When I came to California I was hoping that I would be able to find a good place to live since I have lived overseas for so many years. I looked at other places and some were nice and some I just drove away from. My co-worker asked me if I could go with him to look at this apartment complex he had seen online. After looking at a couple apartments, we have decided to go with YOLO West. It was within our budget and met all the needs we were looking for. April helped us through everything and has been great all around.
So far we have loved living here. It is safe, clean, people are friendly and a plus is my commute is pretty smooth. Looking forward to seeing the gym finished.

April, the manager, made every part from the application process to moving in so easy. She's always responsive to my texts/emails. The apartment itself is very nice with hardwood floors, new appliances, washer & dryer in unit, & AC! There's a nice community room and gym. All of my neighbors have been very nice and the whole place is pet friendly. I'm very happy with my new home!
