I ordered at 6:07pm and it’s currently 8:40pm. We have not received anything & no one is answering the phone. If you wanna waste your time & money then go ahead.

An hour and half for delivery, food arrived cold, with item missing. And hour and 15 min for replacement item, also arrived cold

We used to love this place, but something has changed. All of our recent orders have been sub par and in several cases incomplete or just wrong. Our most recent pasta order was the wrong dish in one case and a gloppy mess in the other. When I called to complain I was offered a credit. However when I tried to use the credit a few days later, surprise no credit. To add insult to injury they put the order through as a cash order. We scrambled around to scrap up enough for the delivery guy and a tip. Wasn’t his fault
Moving on there are a lot of pizza pasta delivery options in the city.

I ordered delivery from there last Sunday. Over an hour went by, without any update on the order. I called there. They stated that they had tried to call me, to alert me to the fact that they were out of panini bread (I had ordered a panini). I never received a call from them, after confirming I gave them the right number. So, that was a blatant lie.

Essentially, we had to order anew after I called in, because they erroneously claimed to advise me that the order could not be completed-due to their not having certain items. Had I not called, they would have never contacted me and they would have

Got the Mediterranean app which was missing tomatoes and pita. They did offer a new one if we returned this one. The chicken cheese steak hoagie also pictured was missing Mayo but did have a inch think Roma tomato and equally as thick onions. As for taste both were okay, good not great.

I have given rave reviews on Isabella’s fantastic plentiful food but came back to say u cannot beat prices esp with pasta platters u get delicious soup or salad their soup of the day should be regular on menu esp the mushroom wow ..so tasty i had last nite plus u get a roll, grated cheese even!!! I give kudos also they package well & fast delivery thru them if u r south philly local!! Put your soups on menu they are all fantastic!!!

Guest Eater Kevin Byrne. Isabella Pizza and Separatist Beer Project are my new favorite Cheesesteak and Brewery pairing. We got the Cheesesteak Bella. Nice big well made cheesesteak with Broccoli Rabe, provolone, roasted peppers and a long hot. Isabella Pizza has an extensive cheesesteak menu. Spearatist beer project has a diverse beer menu. They make a great pair. Everyone should be able to find a favorite beer at Separatist. If you can’t or you drink your way through their entire beer list. Their mixed drinks sounded pretty tasty. I've ordered here a few times almost could be a regular. the pizza is fine but everything else on the menu could use work. the cashiers have horrible attitudes and the cashiers should know the menu, they seem like they don't know what you are even ordering. the orders I've got are always packaged horrible with little to no sauce or utensils. i would love to support a local business but they need so much work.

I'm really disappointed, i've ordered twice from the website and both of them are always wrong. please make a note somewhere on your website that we need to specify for what kind of sauce not dressing. if a person doesn't specify what kind of sauce maybe you should call them instead of making assumption that they don't want sauce on their pasta at all. it's really confusing and each time i order they always messed up. delivery was also late, i waited 1 hour and 17 mins to get this thing delivered and it's not even right. i asked for the sauce and they said they only

If your looking for a great Italian pork sandwich, you have found it!!!! Isabella’s Pizza is by far the best pork sandwich that I’ve found in a LONG TIME!!!! The pork italiano is delicious!!!! Everything is separate containers!!! And bag stapled. I ordered from a guy named Terry and he was wonderful, polite and I Recommend you try this place!! It’s my NEW FAVORITE PLACE!!!!!

EVERYTHING!!!! Isabell’s from hoagies, hot pork, burgers 🍔. I haven’t found one thing that wasn’t delicious especially the deserts yummy 😋 Thank you all at Isabella’s (Terry, your very patient 😊).

Wings and pizza were ok, salad was just a $12 bowl of iceberg lettuce, but the hoagie was legit an inedible pile of slime. I wish I had taken a pic before we threw it away I was pretty shocked at how bad it was. Would not try again.

Well we got our stimulus check and decided to splurge; Tried here again and those high prices we saw last time seem to have normalized. The calzone was good,and the list of desserts was something different.

The food is ok, but the place is incredibly dysfunctional. Called ahead and showed up, but they had not started the order yet. The guy was just sitting down talking then wandering around and pacing.
On a follow up visit the sandwiches really weren't that good.
We have gotten take out here because of convenience of location.

Ordered from here many, many times and always the same, 2 different salads and cheesesteak. Never had a problem till tonite - opened up one salad and a small "bug" jumped up. And it does and can happen, I get it...Needless to say, wasn't going to eat any of the other food. Contacted restaurant regarding bug/baby roach and was told manager wasn't there -call back in 20 minutes! What? Contacted GrubHub, only received credit for said salad w/bug. Called back Isabellas and was told they would send a driver back to retrieve all food for full credit. What?-it is in trash can, but

Someone left Isabella Pizza menus left all over property, blowing in the wind. I cannot recommend a place that litters South Philadelphia. Today two menus were left at the front door within who seconds of each other.

I love the pizza and the sandwiches at Isabella. Delivery comes fast and the service is really great.

I hate to give this place a poor star rating because the food is well done, but whoever the manager or the person claiming to be the manager there tonight 11/7/ 2019 was beyond rude. After inquiring about a credit that they offered to place on my account because they ran out of a dessert last week after it had already been charged to my credit card, I was absolutely ok with this credit and was placing a new order but instead was told not to order and was treated rather disgustingly. This is a terrible way to treat customers and I tried to explain several times there had been no food complaint previously

MOLD on the Food! Pictures prove it! 11/2hours for a grilled cheese sandwich, fries and tiramisu.
Grilled cheese was missing the tomato you pay extra for tomato.
The fries had to be put in my toaster oven. Ate one and it tasted frost bitten.
Manager said he'd give store credit. I don't want store credit to eat there again.
(Side Note) The girl on the phone was trying to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, it hasn't been the first time we've had bad food and waited way to long from this place.

I get that were now approaching winter, but we had one hot summer. And every hot day I made it to Isabellas I was soaked in sweat in 30 seconds standing in there.

There was no air conditioning ever, not even a single fan did I notice to create some air slow. Hot dripping employees slay over those grills and register. So I kept it simple and ordered lots of sodas and shakes.

To often was I told there was no ice cream for milkshakes, and they have *Real Milkshakes in bold on the menu as though it's a specialty. It's frustrating when your asking often and nobody cares.

The food is cooked

Came here for a quick bite and grabbed a slice of cheese. Reasonably priced - think it was 2 bucks(?). The sauce was on par. The crust was okay - felt like it needed some more salt in the dough. The bottom of the slice was also slightly burnt.

Overall - standard pizza slice and quick service when you get there
