The food is absolutely amazing. I get food delivered. I have to give this a low review because of their delivery. If you call at 2 o'clock in the afternoon you may have a good experience. If you call it any other time you will have to wait for your food. Three times now when I have called between five and eight The food has taken over 90 minutes to get there when the estimate was half or a third of that. If an order is going to take two hours, they should just say that on the phone and let me decide whether or not I want to wait for it. Because honestly the food is that good I might

If I could give a -0 star rating I would! The waiter came to me and my coworker , made us move than ask if we were ready. We both said yes. He than began to take our order than in the middle of our order he just stopped and walked off without completing our order. I waited 10 minutes before I approach the bar to ask for a waiter and was hit with the same exact waiting saying “you have to hold on my man”. He than gave me a menu and said “read the menu carefully because I don’t have time for you to be trying to return anything! So read it carefully”. Than he walked off. We waited for 15mins

Awesome lunch special for around $9, many options. Food is very good. The only issue is the service can be slow (this was true even before COVID).

Lunch portion is massive! I got the drunken noodle, it comes with soup but I didn't get it. Very good, will definitely be back for a massive lunch under $10

As consistently great as it gets. I've been getting their $9 lunch special several times a week and it's always on time, hot, and high quality. Any time I pick up in the restaurant, I'm always greeted with kindness and professionalism! Frankly I don't even leave reviews but just love this place and had to.

Amazing service, fast and a great variety of food to pick from. The best drunken noodles in Philadelphia and the surrounding area hands down. Beef with drunken noodle is the best, soft and taste is amazing

Friendly lunch crowd and lots of hands on input from owner/manager, the foods were fresh and delicious. Hot soup; crisp brown rice; chicken smothered with vegetables such as green pepper; red pepper; mushrooms; asparagus and more. Delicious. Every customer I spoke to would eat here again.

I have always enjoyed visiting this family run business with good, fresh quality items. My go to is usally the fried rice, calamari or ahi tuna. There are great menu specials for food and drink during happy hour. Nice size portions, cost effective and able to accomodate dietary restrictions.

Spice 28 is a great happy hour option in the heart of Center City. They have a wide selection of food and drinks on the happy hour menu and the HH lasts until 7 which is later than a lot of spots. When I tell you me and 3 friends came here and got hella food and drinks and the bill was only $100 flat. That's unbeatable. Service was good, drinks were good and the HH apps were doing what they were supposed to do albeit they weren't huge. But they were cheap! Lots of skewers, the garlic naan is bomb. Definitely check out that Caribbean spice drink they got too. Can't commentate on lunch

We love this place! Great food and atmosphere. Service is great! We can during happy hour 5-7 and we ordered their famous crispy chicken wings, duck buns and our favorite appetizer there is Indian pancake with curry sauce! I can order a hundred of these they are that good! The crispy duck was ok. We liked the cold sesame noodles but we prefer more sauce on the noodles for taste. Their chicken fried rice was good and the shrimp was ok but my favorite was the Saigon beef-very tender tasty and delicious. Hello would definitely order that again. I would definitely be back! Great work!

Yo this place is whack. Just sent me the wrong delivery order twice in a row. I think they just close their eyes and pick what you're going to get. So, don't order delivery from here cause you'll probably get the wrong order. There's a million other Asian places in the city, you can find better elsewhere.

Yummmm! This place had so many vegetarian and vegan options and they were all so good!! I'm a sucker for fried rice so I had to get the vegetarian basil fried rice. My friend and I shared a spicy cucumber appetizer and an Indian pancake (roti with some curry dip). This place has an interesting mix of cuisines but they all seemed great. My friend got the Thai curry (not pictured) and he really enjoyed it!

Overall, ton of options, great portion sizes, and awesome prices especially during happy hour!

I had an amazing experience here. Food was 10/10. The portion was definitely big compared to the price. We tried Pad Thai and Drunken Noodle, which were amazing. Definitely come back again to taste more dishes!!

Spice 28 is delightful, clean and has an excellent menu. Food is amazing to the palette. The Owner is always on point and constantly keeping the establishment clean and cosmetically pleasing. Wish to taste almost the entire menu. Something different from the humdrum plain beef pork and seafood meals which bore me! Visit this establishment. Also, great assortment of drinks!!

Spice 28 is a good time. Really friendly, attentive servers. Eclectic, bright decor.

Personally have tried and would recommend: the drunken noodle, pad thai, indian pancake, mini wonton in chili oil, cucumbers, and spring roll.

They have a really eclectic craft cocktail and beverage menu as well, if you're a happy hour person.

I have to say I enjoyed my visit to Spice 28. My cousin and I met there for happy hour which is from 5 to 7. We took a window seat in the bar area and had the ginger Cosmo which was very good. The young lady bartender wasn't the most professional. She was cursing very loud in a conversation with another patron and was very abrupt with me when I initially approached the bar for a drink. Other than that our server for the rest of the evening was an absolute dream. I wish I could remember his name.

The happitizers we ordered were the Ahí Tuna Dumplings, Indian Pancakes, Mini Wontons in Chili

One of my favorite happy hour spots in town for their good drink specials and appetizers. This family owned business offers $6 long islands and $5 chicken wings that come with a sweet & sour sauce.

I've always loved Spice 28 for the food and drinks which is why I have gone a handful of time. I gave this spot a 4 solely on the food. It was always delicious. However, the service is the worst I've ever experienced each and every time. We had to flag down the servers each time we wanted to order or needed something. So if you have patience and time, I'd recommend for the food and drinks.

I was just a bit disappointed after getting there. When we reached the spot, it was empty and only one gentleman sitting at the bar. They asked us to wait to be seated. They seemed a bit unorganized. Once we were seated I notice the table across from us had piles of papers which seemed like bills. The waitress came to take our order and didn't write it down but she didn't miss a thing. The service was absolutely slow. The drinks were really good as well as the food. But definitely had us waiting even though they weren't busy at all. What kind of annoyed me was that they brought

I am shocked!!! First time yelp has pointed us in the wrong direction. This is as gentrified as food can get, as far from asian cuisine as you need. Just an overall disappointing night.

The food was all bland and subpar. We were here for our anniversary cause of the reviews and ratings but man did this hit us hard. Lemongrass coconut soup had no taste of lemongrass, not sure if this was purposeful for the palette of the neighborhood? But it was not good. The pork belly in chili sauce was not tender, it was tough, and lacked depth. It was basically store bought chili poured over pork belly and

We came for restaurant week lunch, there was no line and service was great!

For the $20 three course meal, I started with the tempura rock shrimp. They were perfectly battered and did not feel excessively bready or oily at all! I loved the spicy mayo dipping sauce as well.

For entree, I got the cumin style lamb and wonton soup. Soup was alright, nothing really special. The cumin lamb was a little different from traditional Chinese styled cumin lamb- it had some mala which is like a numbing spice. Still tasted great.

I had a green tea mochi for dessert and it was a perfect way to end a spicy
