If you got east facing apartment then you can enjoy Sun else forget abt it. Snow on the walking paths never cleared, no salt. If your apt near to Dumpster then you are lucky else you have to use your car to put the trash in dumpster. Walking with trash on snowy path is dangerous. Apt from inside are fine but kitchen space is very small. Again if you got lucky you will get a garage in front of your apt else you have to opt for a farther one.

We lived here for 5 years, from 2010 to 2015. It is a great location, exceptional personnel, and good price.
No issues with the neighbors or with the staff. Peacefully l and respectful people.
Whenever something needed to be replaced, we tell them, and the next day was done... no questions, just done.

The first year was great! Beautiful landscape, polite staff and then a new neighbor above me moves in with a large dog and small children! I understand some noise but after 11 p.m. has been awful! The issue has been addressed but how do you record the noise for proof? My phone isn't picking up most of it and how else can you show proof! Very stressful and I'm the one that will pay by breaking my lease

I am a happy tenant! It’s only been 6 months, but I am thrilled with the quick and thorough responses from the maintenance and property management teams. I also find them to be very trustworthy. The new dog park Is great and my dog loves it! Looking forward to its development. The landscaping is so well done. The location is perfectly set right off the highway, but feels very private. If I could have one wish it would be for wood/laminate floors throughout. Great job, Park Hill! 👍🏾

The location next to highway is fantastic and The size of the rooms are ideal. However, when I read "luxury", I would expect hardwood/laminate flooring, granite countertops, LED lighting, superior paint, etc... these are amenities that other places offered for a lot less $$. A playground for kids would also be a great addition.
