Ravens Crest Apartments

Due to the unexpected death of my mom we had to plan a funeral instead of paying rent, staff was SO kind and patient about us paying late. We love our spacious two bedroom, the neighborhood is beautiful, and staff goes above and beyond.

Lived here for 5 months. It seems like seems are slowly getting better on the outside, but my things don’t work right and maintenance tells me it’s ‘just like that’. No drying function on my dishwasher and a toilet I have to flush twice. These issues apparently can’t be resolved.

I’ve been here about five months, and I’ve enjoyed my stay here thus far.

LIUVA and KATHLEEN at the leasing office are phenomenal and have always been super helpful when contacted.
Service requests are also resolved on time.

Lived here for 5 years and seen 3 owners change... gone down hill each time! 5 years ago utilities were included. Most recently, trash was not removed for 6 WEEKS. No one returns your calls or emails. Leasing office not open when they said they will be! DON'T WATSE YOUR MONEY, not all apartments are renovated.

I read many of these reviews before deciding to share mine. A common theme for negative reviews is the mgt staff. I have lived here almost 3 years and I will say the apartments are above average. Which is a Pro in my decision whether to renew.
However I have found the office staff to be lacking in customer care and it is almost laughable viewing their responses to the negative reviews because they are not willing at all to work with people under contract, are not concerned with customer service, and tend to simply recite the very rigid terms of the lease in ever instance rather than deal with

So I have lived in ravens crest on and off for about 4 years in total I stayed with them. I want to say as a single mother of one with my daughter, the community and staff has been nothing but helpful. I often referral people to ravens crest and I’m truly shocked at the negative reviews, my time here has been nothing but wonderful. I ended up not renewing my lease because I purchased my home but if I had not purchased my home I would have renewed again. I never had any bugs or roaches aside from ants when it’s rainy season or leaks in any of the apartments I rented. Thank you Sushmita,Kathleen

I've seen a lot of poor reviews, so I guess I must have gotten lucky. My apartment was a nice second floor Jacksons (two bedrooms, carpet flooring with a balcony and a wood burning fireplace for no extra cost). However, every time I took a bath, it would leak into the apartments below. And we never used our dishwasher because it smelled SO BAD and also leaked everywhere. The maintenance guy came over many times to fix it (I feel so bad for him, its not his fault he has to work with faulty and cheap machines). Our experience at Ravens Crest hasn't been long, yet it's been very satisfying. The staff took us under their wing and assisted us with everything we needed. They're on top of their game. very professional and very accessible. They always call back to follow up, send emails of the documents needed and share any announcements about community related matters. I've been living here since January of 2017 and recently moved from a older 1BR to a 2BR renovated apartment. My stay here has been nothing less than amazing and I am definitely enjoying my new place. Kathleen has been a pleasure to work with and has been very helpful since I've known her to work there. With the transfer of apartments, to situating my pup, and getting work orders in for me...this lady is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Not once have I seen her complain nor frustrated. Either she loves her job or has lots of patience but whatever it is, she does a darn good job at what she does.
