Just moved to the Hampton area from Arkansas for my husband's job and had a terrible time apartment hunting until checking out Monticello!! Monica is so so sweet and helped us out so much when applying and answering all of our questions! All of the ladies in the office are so kind. Definitely looking forward to our time here 😊

Absolutely wonderful place to live. Although it is right next to the interstate and can be a bit noisy, the community itself is always well kept, the staff are always willing to help and are super friendly. They respond to emails quickly and any and all maintenance issues are dealt with promptly. They recently renovated their clubhouse and it looks amazing! I’ve always felt right at home every time I drove in, 10/10 would recommend moving here if you’re looking to upgrade or just downsize.

I have alot of experience in apartment living. Monticello at Town Center is quite, clean, in an ideal location. The ladies at the leading office are helpful and kind. Monica will learn your name and make you feel cared for and supported in what ever you need. Lisa takes care of any of you concerns as quickly as possible. The water sounds are soothing and the property is well cared for.

All of the staff in the leasing office were SO super helpful all the way through our move in process! They were patient when I called pretty much daily with questions leading up to move in day, lol. We are so happy with how easy and smooth our transition here has been. We love Monticello At Town Center and all of their staff! So glad that we made this community our home!
