My son is a resident here, I am a Property Manager for another company and I’m so impressed with the community. This community is so well kept. Very clean, beautiful landscape, and anytime I do go visit. The team always greet me and my family by waiving or saying Hi. It’s very nice and peaceful.

My family and I have lived here for almost a year and we Love it here. We love our apartment it's so cute and cozy, and the neighborhood is so friendly and you feel safe at night there is a lot of lights so it doesn't feel creepy or sketchy at night when getting home. A Huge plus is that All of the ladies that work at the front are SO kind and sweet and never ever have attitude.. and I've lived in apartments for the last 6 years and that is So uncommon I've dealt with some pretty unfriendly people in the front office, so it is very refreshing! I LOVE living here! I've been here for over a year now and just renewed my lease. The apartments are kept clean, neighbors are respectful and management is great. If I ever came into a problem in regards to the home management would always be on top of it to offer me a solution or send maintenance over. The master bedroom and bathrooms are spacious, as well as the closets and pantry. My other favorite parts of the home include central AC controlled via nest, patio washer/dryer and heating lamps in the bathroom.

Our family of 4 plus 2 dogs lived there for 5 years. The staff was always super friendly and quick to resolve any issues we had there. The school district is amazing and you are close to everything. Additionally, we were friendly with most of our neighbors.
I have a few things to keep in mind that isn't staff related:
1) It's an apartment complex and you will have someone above or below you. My downstairs neighbor routinely said we were being to noisy and complained allot and we are not noisy. Meanwhile I was awoken from their snoring pretty regularly. Walls are thin you will hear

It was great living there til time for move out. Don’t know why management turned on us out of nowhere. I am positively sure I was a good tenant always paid rent on time but as soon as I said I might move she pushed me in giving her a date. I was told I would pay until end of lease and I did. I was giving a balance for remaining water and trash final and included with final rent and all off a sudden I still owe $104 for water and trash when I paid $152 and change at move out. Never had issues with previous landlords as this place. Will never recommend to anyone. Beware. Things or people are not

Notice how management wants to blame all there problems on a concerned resident. Check the pool video. Kids know how to access the pool without any adults nearby. Despite over a dozen emails to them to address potentially fatal safety concerns. I had to reach out to city hall to make them go to a dollar store to buy a lock and chain.

Just moved here from Atlanta , we only had the internet and pictures that Diana the manager took for us to make our decision to live here. This is the first time we have moved somewhere without visiting the area or apartment first, it was a big gamble. Anna kossack made the experience easy and we were able to do everything over the phone or via email and fax to have the apartment ready when we arrived in Temecula. The apartment was beautiful when we finally saw it ! Even better than the pictures! We are very happy to be living here.

I love living here, the office staff is amazing, prices are far better than most newly renovated spots, and maintenance is quick to respond. The only complaint I do have is the parking situation where if you have more than one car for your single mandated parking spot, then good luck trying to find a visitor spot for the night. This is due in part to other tenants being shiesty, who keep swapping cars in the same spots to maintain control...
As a community, just like all others that are not gated, there are shady people who come around, and occasional animals, but its normally quiet enough. Signal

I'm changing my review from 5 to 1 if I could do negative I would. I loved my apartment but they don't mention that every morning at 4 ish am the post office will wake you up with the slamming around of work. If you are on the second story you will be harassed by your downstairs neighbor and the office to be a mouse so forget having a child here it was myself and my five year old son neither of us were hardly home but when we were they were knocking on the door complaining for ya know living lol. After I moved out I was told everything was good to go and now I'm hit with a $450 bill

My family and I have been here since February and we love it. When we moved in, our upstairs neighbors were HORRIBLE and we had to either break the lease or move units. Dianna the apartment manager allowed us to move units to an upstairs location and we are VERY happy. Our neighbors are great and the maintenance are on it and usually come within a day or a few hours even of us calling the office. They even installed new smart thermostats in all of the units where we can control the air and heat from anywhere. I love the design and lay out of the apartment and I am very happy to call Margarita Summit

I'm going on my 2nd year. Love this place. Diana and Dorothy in the office are great people and always helpful.
They make sure to take care of any issues that come up and totally go above and beyond for their residents.
I actually moved here from another complex in the area and it is NIGHT & DAY different.
All my neighbors are very respectful and I love that we have a very diverse community.
I'm not an animal guy, but even the neighbors dogs are very well trained and they don't bark..... EVER!

1.Management leaves you alone..
2.The apartments are nice, landscape is taken care of.
3.The pet policy is a OK, hardwood floors make it nice to not have to worry about the normal deposit battle apartments try over pets and carpet.
Cons.
1. SINGLE PANE WINDOWS.. So if you have a south facing window it will turn into a furnace.. because Temecula is a desert. Electricity bills are above average because of this. Otherwise they would be normal or less.
2. Walls and floors are paper thin.. Hours of listening

My fiancé and I moved into our apartment in January 2017 and we absolutely love it here! Our apartment is very nice, and we love our vaulted ceilings on the second floor. The community is very quiet, and all of our neighbors are friendly. The property is very well maintained, and I have never felt unsafe. All of our interaction with Diana and Dorothy, as well as the maintenance staff have been great. They are super friendly and incredibly accommodating. I also love that most mornings when I wake up and take my dogs out, I can see hot air balloons in the sky over the wineries. It is a great community

My wife and I loved it here. We had a hilltop unit with a really nice view and it felt somewhat secluded. We appreciated that there wasn't a problem having our dog (chow chow) stay here with us. Anytime we had a maintenance issue, they were always on it, usually the same day. I hear so many horror stories from friends living at apartments with bad management, and believe me that was not the case here.It was very quiet here, and we always felt safe living here. We stayed here for 5 years and we really are going to miss it! I would definitely recommend living here to anyone!

My wife and I have to relocate out of town. We have lived here this past 5 years. They have been really good ones. The residents are nice. Megan and Dianna in the Office are quick to jump on issues that arise. Roman and his crew are personable and prompt when fixing maintenance issues.
This is just a really good place to live.
Never traffic between this complex and the freeway. Centrally located. 2 miles off the main road from the wine country. 10 min with heavy traffic to get to the free way.
You really couldn't ask for a better apartment complex to live in.
