I've been here for going on 3 years and I've had my up's and downs, but what I will say is that this location is perfect if you love or need Convenience. As soon as I thought about moving, I realized that there was not another place out there that compares to Capitol At Stonebriar, for the price, the location, the upkeep of the property and the staff and more!

On the surface this place was appealing. The customer service we received from Detrina was excellent. She was friendly, informative and professional and a big part of why we chose this complex. (She is no longer there) I'm giving 3 stars for the amenities which were great. We had a pool view which was very nice and serene with the splash feature. We also got much use out of the full gym. However, we had a lot of issues here. Our freezer never worked properly, we has an issue with the shower water, lights stopped working, our door pad stopped working at one point and it just took so long for maintenance

If you get the chance, Capitol at Stonebriar is the place to live! When I went to tour Stephanie was our lady. She is friendly, outgoing and the most welcoming person we’ve probably met throughout the entire apartment hunt. She took interest in both my fiance and I and made us feel very special!Thank you for your time and patient with us on our big decision we look forward to being your residence real soon! For-sure the best customer service experience!

I called them several times to check on the status of my application, and after one week he told me that he could hold the application for another week because it was taking so long on the system, but the question is, it wasn't our fault because the system was delaying my background check.. when I asked him about

It was in a great location, spacious apartment even though the square footage was smaller than our last. The vaulted ceilings added to the space plus cabinetry. The only issue is we were without AC for about 2 months while my wife was pregnant but we’re able to get the maintenance team to bring us a portable unit. Overall the amenities are exceptional and I would live here again. People complain about the office and staff and I did have a few problems with timely follow up but overall they solved issues and responded after multiple attempts.

RENTER BEWARE! I’ve been living here for the better part of a year, and this place was a horrible experience. I had an accidental “notice to vacate” accidentally posted INSIDE MY APARTMENT. I complained about it and they wound up calling the police on me. The police laughed about the fact that the manager called them for that reason, they watched as he apologized.

I am in the process of moving and so I started looking at apartments in the area. I really hate looking for a new place because sometimes it's awkward going into an office and not be greeted with a "hello" or "Hi". But the office staff was so nice when I walked inside the home! They made me feel like this was my home! I haven't made a decision yet but they are definitely on the top of the list!
