When a calf is born it weights 60 to 100 pounds. Over the next few months each calf will live off its mothers milk and graze grass in pasture. After a calf is born it takes typically 18 to 22 months for it to reach maturity now weighing between 1,200 to 1,400 pounds. Through-out the year we do our best to bring your family the most fresh, seasonal ingredients from our farm to your table.

Recently I went to Cogmans for my first ever visit after seeing it recommended ( numerous times) in an online town site.
I was suprised to see all the folks working behind the counter and the hussle of the place. I only purchased a few items ( this visit) but I will be back. The meat selection shown looked great and the vibe of those buying was very positive.

Roast beef was bangin. Perfect and tender. I usually hate roast beef but my wife loves it. She ordered ciabatta onion bacon roast beef and provolone. Had a bite and I was shocked how delicious it was. Provolone was nice and sharp.
I had a cheese steak, was great and hit all the notes I wanted it to. Roast beef was the star of the show however.

Absolutely love this place. Not only is the meat/chicken outstanding and full of flavor, the people working there make it even better. If they don't have it, place an order/ask for it, and they make it happen.
I entertain a lot and whatever I throw at them, they make it happen. Fresh sausage today with parmesan and herbs....OH MY. Delicious. Ribs are grilling :-D
The quality is amazing. You won't be disappointed. Worth every penny.
