I wish I could give no stars because one is generous. The first time we went my husband ordered sandwiches and they forgot the egg on ours so he called and they said we would use a credit with us. The second time we go they honored the credit and still got my order wrong. No offense I don’t want the credit I want my sandwich to be made right. Definitely are not going back again

Just as you walk through the automatic door there is a display case in front showing maybe 15 different bagels or more...idk. lol
But I just ordered a plain bagel with plain cream cheese and I must say, it was probably one of the best bagels I've ever had. And I enjoyed it with a delicious cup of coffee (I even called my wife and told her about it). My perfect way to start the day!

Can't speak about the food because I never got served.
the service is very poor.
I was the 2nd customer.3 girls working all with their backs to us talking to eachother.
there was 1 woman in front of me waiting for what I thought was her order.
5 minutes passed until 1 girl finally addressed her. she then proceeded to order,then the girls went back to chatting.
at this point 3 more customers entered.i waited a few more minutes to place my order.still nothing..after close to ten minutes I left.im busy contractor..not one to complain but I was hungry.there 1 was 1 staff to every customer and

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is the most disorganized business I have ever seen in my entire life. We are aware that they always mess up our order, but since they are the closest and seem to be the only breakfast place that delivers (through grub hub) we order from them from time to time when we are in dire need. Today they got my order wrong so I called them up and let them know. The lady who answered my call at first didn’t even bother answering back just told me to hold up and passed me over to someone else. This lady asked me what she wanted me to do and I told her

Omg these bagels are amazing and I had my fair share at other bagel shops and will only go here from now on. They are made fresh every morning so get there early if you want one straight out of the oven! The bagels are so round, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The spreads are so good too! I made the mistake of not getting a container to take home with me and the Philadelphia Cream Cheese Veggie brand is no where in comparison to this shops veggie spread!
Helpful hint: order a bagel and deli sandwich to eat right away and grab a dozen or so bagels and spreads to take home. These freeze
