Everything about this place is mediocre with a shiny coating. The parking situation is horrific. They literally don't even give you enough parking spots for the amount of people in your apartment. A good amount of people who live here time their own remedy to this problem by parking in unowned spots or in guest parking overnight. Management has decided that people parking where they live is a big problem and towed everybody.. they expect you to walk down a massive hill and park on the street.seeing other people's reviews on here seems to reflect this.. nearly all the positive reviews are from people

Diane is wonderful! I lived there for 10 years with NO problems. Until I moved out. The problems were not with Diane or the other leasing agents or maintenance staff. They are all fantastic. Greystar corporate was giving me the run around for my final bill. I went into the leasing office and spoke with Diane in person. She went through everything with me, even waived the charge for the stoves drip pans and gave me my final balance due. I would recommend living here. Especially with the newly remodeled units. They are super nice.

We love it here at Belara! Amazing community opportunities, events for the kids, spectacular staff, and ongoing support from the maintenance team when needed. The grounds are kept beautiful and the overall experience has been terrific. We highly recommend looking into moving to this wonderful community!

Management is awful. They won’t take care of any problems and the rent is way too expensive (+ all of the extra fees and charges they add on, like the charge to park here) to live somewhere that spends the extra money on ice cream nights & paving this place once a year. My car has been damaged multiple times by kids playing in the lot, neighbors are insanely loud and I’ve called more than 3 times about it. Neighbors have had their apartment flooded & bathroom unusable due to poor maintenance. And all they offer is to wave the cleaning fee. Very cheap place, ran by cheap people with poor office

Sorry for the long review but it is worth the read if you want to know what it is really like here.
My stay at Belara has been TERRIBLE. The biggest issue is that Belara is not a safe place to live! I lived here for 5 months and could not take it anymore. In the 5 months I lived here, my truck was broken into 5 times, yes, once every single month. If you want your cars broken into, your gas siphoned, and someone to steal your bike rack, this is a great place for you. But don't worry, if you start to have issues with people damaging your property, management will be happy to try up sell you on
