This place is very noisy and insecure. Its really hard to work from home here. They are drilling, smashing and cutting grass all the time. It feels like living in construction zone. Sometimes you can't even exit the building.

Even when you want to go to the swimming pool, they will be blowing leaves there and having you smell all the gases.

The management doesn't care about tenants at all. There are no rules for the workers. They can do anything they want from 8-5. It doesn't feel like home at all.

This is one of the best condos in the area. Management is great, they are there for you all the time, for whatever you need. The area is also beautiful, I enjoyed so much going for long walks with my NB

I lived here for one year, everything went well except for the move-out process. I wish I had known the high cost for moving out before I moved in. They are pretty strict with the move-out, at least for us. Be prepared to pay for a large bill including paint, cleaning, etc, although the paint in our apt was kept really good and they just insisted to repaint and charge us. I do like the neighborhoods though, staff was helpful and fixed it right away whenever I reported an issue in apt.

Irresponsible management company that doesn’t care any existing residents living quality.
My roommate and myself lives here for almost 5 years and the recent construction, which starts at 8 with the noise has largely impacted both my roommate and myself who are working from home full time. With the constructions ongoing, and getting closer and closer to our building, we find more noises, strangers in the community and we may have strangers entering our home while we’re working, so we don’t think this place is inhabitant and request to leave. While we raise this request, the management company

They charged us $1500 when we moved out. We are generally a very clean and respectful couple and have never been charged this much at any previous apartment, so it was quite shocking. Watch out for this company.

My wife and I have been living at Indian Creek for 5 years. It used to be a good apartment complex, now it's a place that you wouldn't want to rent even if it was free. Since February, the owner started a massive renovation across the entire complex, breaking down walls, windows, stairs, balconies. The hammering starts at 8am and ends at 5pm. We are basically paying $3,700/month to live in a construction area. At some point our only door was boarded with a wooden panel and they destroyed our entrance and the only stairs. The worst thing is that the owner refuses to allow any type of remedies or

The best management people ever! Rebecca, Chantell and Ria at the front office was super kind and very helpful all the time. Maintenance was also super good. We stayed about 1.5 years and just moved out last month as we needed more # of rooms. We enjoyed the indoor pool very much with our 6 year old son, had great time on the bike trails near by. Nice community and it was a such great experience overall!

I've Lived at Indian creek apartments with my wife and dog going on a year and a half, the location is great with a view out on the water and a grocery store within walking distance. The complex itself is a little old, still waiting on some long talked about upgrades to the property that was talked about when we moved in. But the complex itself feels very homey thanks to a few of the employees, Armando and Chantel who are not only friendly, but take the time to talk to you and handle any question or request I give the employees 5 stars and the complex itself 4 stars

I had the best Apartment tour when I went to Indian Creek. Rebecca was so helpful and answered all of our questions. She gave us information not only about the apartments but all about the events and the community to ensure we knew exactly how a day in the life at Indian Creek would be. My daughter really liked the candy bowl and that the kids could stop by after school for a piece of candy. She made us feel welcome and right at home.

I have lived here for several years. Recently, the new owner (Sares Regis) had to put up temporary bracing to keep some of the buildings from collapsing. This temporary bracing has been up for a long time. But because of this temporary braces they made it impossible for us move out without hiring a crane. Now they have raised our rent! When I asked them to not raise the rent because we could not move out, they declined. Don't come here.

Awesome management that helped me out with all pains during my relocation! The apt is in excellent condition but that's not the top 1 point why I love this place. What I really love is the management here.
I was super busy with my new job and just relocated here. I got the keys for my new apt at Indian Creek in the morning and had ordered a couple of services (Internet, furniture delivery, etc) that should have taken place on that day in the morning. However, none of them came on time and I had to go back to work by noon. I was super worried about those and especially the mattress delivery because

Dropping a star because of new parking permits.

New parking permits are issued by Reliant parking and look different from old brown permits that used to clip on the rear-view mirror.

Now, what gets me is that office management didn't even bother letting parking enforcement know that they changed parking permits, so now residents with updated and valid parking permits are getting parking violation tickets from the parking enforcement company.

The incompetence of these people is just astounding.

Keep in mind, these are the people you will be dealing with when you live here and also

- When management did respond. It was hostile & threatening.
- most property management companies are useless stooges. This 1 takes it to a new level of stupid.

Lived here for 18 months in a 2 bedroom apartment, 1st floor.
We absolutely love this place! We are relocating again so have to leave.
We love the indoor pool who has salty water. We love the fact that it is right next to the bay trail, where you can bike, hike, run and walk.
The staff is very helpful. Every time we needed to fix something they came really quick. The maintenance staff really cares about this place.
Also, the schools in the area are excellent.
The atmosphere here is quiet and calm. I can hear myself think!
This place was really good to us and we made here good memories. Will

I've lived here 6 months and can confidently say Indian Creek is the nicest apartment I've ever rented. Yes it is expensive but comparable to other luxury properties it's actually cheaper and you get more for the price!

The 2 bedroom I have is the plan D, and while not that large, definitely has everything I need for me and my roommates. Our patio overlooks the bay which not many people can say. Having a washer and dryer in unit is also a huge time and money saver.

These are garden apartments, which means everything is spread out and there are lots of trees and plants, which means

READ IF YOU ARE THINKING OF MOVING IN.

I personally reccommend the top floor apartments. They have huge extra window a and large lighting Defijitley move into any apartments facing Ralston St. because of the warm morning sun and great cool breeze in the evenings. Great spot! The apt on the trail facing the water are nice but the millions of birds chirping at 4am is tough to deal with if you like to sleep.

Everything else is just like any other apartment bldg. u will have issues both positive and negative. I must say the resident managers and Maintainence men are very sweet and genuine.

Great location still. Amenities always have something "under repair." Gym facilities currently has the weights out of order. Sauna and steam room as well as lockers and restrooms are locked down when rental office closes (duh! That is the only time that we working people have time to enjoy the amenities we paid for.) The pool is also currently under maintenance, just right in time for this long holiday weekend (MLK).

Turnover rate is still very high. You can drop by anytime and see a moving truck on the property. Hence, Indian Creek is always on Craigslist. It seems weird that instead

Started great, ended sour. It's too bad management does not care enough about the residents.
My girlfriend and I moved into a beautiful apartment with a water and open space view in July 2012. We allowed the lease to roll over into month-to-month status although we planned to sign a new lease once (hopefully) the rent prices went back down mid-summer (We signed on at $2800 a month for a 2x2 and the rents had gone up in late spring. Unfortunately, management terminated our lease while we were month-to-month and would not let us renew a long-term lease. They gave us no reason for this, and no complaints
