Great apartment complex. I loved her in 2017, 2020 and 2021. Our complex is safe behind gates, the grounds crew starts at 8am, and maintenance is great, especially Alberto, who makes sure his service requests are completed in a timely manner. You are so close to downtown RWC and San Carlos, and to buses and train . Great apt for the money.

Apartments just hired some people to fix the driveways. Constant noise , no one can get in or out. The driveway was fine and didn’t have a single problem. Its probably all the extra money they have from charging 3300+ for a small 2 bedroom apartment a month. They should focus on the inside of the apartments rather then the outside. They wanna make it look appealing for new residents but its not that great once you’re inside. The only apartments in the area that has constant construction. They do more harm to the residents than good. People have babies and jobs to go to. They don’t need this

I'm a current resident of Sofi Redwood Park, and I'm going to try to be as upfront about the pros and cons of this place as possible. I'll start with the pros. First, the apartments are spacious. I rent a 1 bedroom and I've never felt cramped in the slightest. The kitchen appliances are also pretty nice and seemingly modern. I also like that I have a little balcony area, despite some of the wood planks of the balcony looking a bit crumbly. The grounds of Sofi Redwood Park are also well-maintained and beautiful, there's an abundance of plants and colorful flowers that are pleasing to the eye. Now

Quiet neighbors, very fast response from maintenance on work orders, well-maintained updated apartments. Disadvantage is that it's a busy street, so if you have to make a left turn out of the complex at rush hour to get on El Camino Real... good luck. Generally I park on the street facing the direction I need to go out later to avoid the issue. (During COVID times it's less of an issue.) 15-18 min walk to Caltrain station. You can hear the trains from the apartments sometimes, but not very loud, so most of the time I don't even notice. Management is usually responsive to emails but can be a little

If there is rating for negative star, that's what I'm gonna rate this property and it's management. They DOES NOT CARE about their tenants!!!! They make you pay big time for problem that you did not cause, they make you suffer and will penalize you, physically, emotionally and financially. Very inconsiderate especially at this time of COVID to healthcare worker like me and my roommate. We take care of humans but not being treated as one in a place we call home i think is very troublesome. They finally got an option After 3 months but of course it will be so nice if it will help us

Half of the apartment was out of power and it was not as easy as resetting the breaker. A logged a ticket and Alberto was there and fixed the wiring in minutes. I had a non emergency ticket as the toilet mechanism broke and he handled that as well in minutes. I'm confident that if anything goes wrong he will fix it and quickly. He wore a mask and gloves as well and was extremely polite and respectful. Thanks!

Customer service has been great so far. I cannot speak more highly about Alberto, the maintenance manager. He has helped us so much since we've moved in! He is always super courteous, kind, and helpful when approached about a problem. He also takes great care of the property, even when tenants cause a mess! The management team has also been very friendly and helpful when needed. I love how pet-friendly the community is - I do wish their bark park was bigger and with better lighting at night, but overall it works great for a quick ''do your business'' spot for my pup. The

The community is pretty good, we lived there for about years in 2 different apartments and saw a lot of management companies and teams come and go.
Talking about current management (Alexandra) and maintenance team (Alberto):
- Great service and response time.
- Always extremely helpful, respectful and considerate.
- Anytime we had an issue it was resolved in reasonable time frame and with a reasonable outcome for all parties.
- The maintenance team is extremely handy, always happy to show up, and does follow up on issues even mentioned informally on the go.

Alberto came to our rescue when our front door needed to be fixed and re-keyed when we were out of town. Not only did he immediately fix the door, he also stopped by late at night to drop off the keys after we returned from a trip. Very grateful!
We've had some other issues with neighbor noise at this complex so the apartment gets a lower rating, but Alberto gets 5 stars!

My family has lived here for over a year, and its a good apartment complex. The biggest highlight for us is how responsive Sofi is to maintenance requests -- Alberto, who manages maintenance, does an absolutely wonderful job.
He is extremely responsive and is always eager to help. As just one example, we recently had a problem come up later in the evening on a weekend, and Alberto showed up to help us with the situation within 15-20 minutes of us leaving a voicemail on the maintenance hotline (despite the fact that it was at night on his weekend). This review is for Alberto, the Maintenance Manager of the property. Whenever we have a maintenance request, no matter how big or small it may be, Alberto is there immediately. Not only is he efficient with the requests, but he takes great care and pride in the building. He will do whatever it takes to resolve any type of problem you might have in your unit. He is also polite, considerate, and kind.
It is very rare to have someone so dedicated to their work, and we truly appreciate the care that Alberto puts into our unit and the entire property. He is on top of it!

I'm a fairly new resident, but I've been very happy living at Sofi Redwood Park. The facilities are clean, the staff are friendly, and the maintenance is the best I've seen at any place I've rented.
Honestly, maintenance can make or break your rental. The management here takes maintenance requests very seriously and see to it that your requests, no matter how minor, are addressed promptly. Seriously. I've tried. I just wasn't raised with any sort of useful skills like how to pry a mason jar from a sink. I ditched a lot in high school. Maybe I just missed that

I was there for 13 months in 2018-19, and I enjoyed it. It's in a nice neighborhood, and it was refreshing to wake up to the redwoods planted between two of the buildings. Parking in the neighborhood for my guests was fine, and the on-site gym had open equipment most of the time.
I give four stars for two reasons. First, there was only one operating dryer for all of the 1304 building for most of my stay. This is a review for Alexandra, the Property Manager at Sofi Redwood Park. After the building was bought by Pinnacle Properties, we were hesitant about this property because of all of the changes they were going to be making. We really love living here and the cozy esthetic. Alexandra has been wonderful in the transition process. She truly cares about her work and is extremely friendly. She keeps us up to date on everything that is happening to improve the building and you can tell that she really cares about the residents. Thank you Alexandra, we truly appreciate you!

The apartment complex isn't new, but it makes for it with the staff. At the time of writing (March 2019), both Stephanie and Mark had been helpful when I had problems with unit, and reasonable when it came time to renew the lease. I'd recommend considering this complex if the people factor is important to you.
