Apartments are averrage, but are clean and refreshed - new carpets, painting, new handhelds on doors and kitchen furniture, new appliances (very noisy refrigerator). Laundry is on site with 2 washers and 2 dryers (prepare lots of quarters). 1 car port for 1 apartment. Manager Monica is very nice and friendly. But major complaint is NOISE. Beware of lots of noise happening around: 1) El Camino road traffic 2) Mardi Gras lounge is very close and you will hear all music on weekend nights 3) Trains horns 4)A neighbour from the next condo-building constantly listening music and turning his subwoofer
