There is a refundable, one-time pet deposit of $500 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $50 per cat or $85 per dog. The fee and rent are per pet.
However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds, dogs resembling these breeds, or mixes of these breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.For your convenience, the best way to make all rent and utility payments is via Automatic Clearing House (ACH) debit.

It has been about 2 weeks since I moved in and so far everything is great. The maintenance supervisor, Hernan, has been as timely as possible with completing all my requests and is always respectful about not leaving my place dirtier than when he came in. Oakley, who was my main connect for moving in and handled my paperwork, is super kind and welcoming, and was very helpful throughout the process. Additionally she was attentive to my concerns and always responded in a timely fashion. Loving it so far!

Moved in here because of the 5 star reviews.
Issues:
1. Lots of hidden costs, you have to pay for the parcel locker, for using the garage ($100 per month). If you want to use the EV charging station you have to pay $35 per month + actual charging costs.
2. I moved here because it seems a quiet place, however people (kids and adults) are screaming at the pool everyday and the BBQ oil and smoke fills my home EVERYDAY. I am drown in noise and smoke unless I keep all windows closed all day. And I have to pay $35+ utility fee each month to keep those useless utilities going.
3. The water quality

Living at 707 Leahy is exceeded all expectations - the apartment is perfect with many different lighting options, top flight appliances, a spacious balcony and thoughtful layout. The grounds are pristine from the sparkling pool and grill area, dog park, fitness room and cross fit area, to the intentional and well-maintained landscaping. Management treats me like I'm the only resident - feels more like concierge service than a multi unit complex - Katrina, Hernan and Kaitlyn are remarkable ambassadors for the community.

Five stars all around! Leasing an apartment at 707 Leahy was an all around transcendent experience. Katrina (of the leasing team) and Hernan (grounds management) were phenomenal allies in the leasing and move in process. I moved in a month ago and absolutely loved it. I was searching for a place for so long along the peninsula and finally found the one I like! The apartment is designed very well and it is very new. The staff - Katrina and Herman take really good care of you. They were very helpful with moving in and making you feel welcomed!

Recently moved to these new apartments in the end of June. I’m on the third floor and the apartment has beautiful vaulted ceilings with high windows in the living room and bedroom. Lots of natural light come into both rooms so no lights are needed during the day. One of my favorite parts of the apartment is all the technology including the keyless entry door. You can control the lights from your phone and the separate A/C units gives you the choice to keep the bedroom cooler than the rest of the apartment or vice versa. We moved in this month and absolutely love this place. The apartment is stunning, and we still can't believe we actually live here. The natural light is stunning, and the tall ceilings/sky light on the top floor is wonderful. The apartment has an open, clean feeling, and the pool facilities are amazing. The move in staff have also been incredibly friendly and helpful and have made us feel at home.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience touring 707 Leahy with Katrina. Beautiful apartments, excellent amenities, nice neighborhood, close to train, and a wonderfully small gated community. There is not much to do within walking distance, but the community is nested in a highly walkable suburban neighborhood.

I have been living in 707 Leahy for 6 months now and it is one of the kind. We booked this apartment even before the construction is completed because we were fascinated by the wonderful layout, high end appliances and the vaulted ceiling! Everything in the apartment is smart and brand new and you can control almost everything with Alexa or google assistant.
The best part is the 707 Leahy team: Katrina, Kaitlynn and Hernan. They are like family members and extremely helpful. I have lived in some luxury apartments before but non of them have better management team than that of 707. They take good
