You will wake up to an eternal hell-storm of leafblowers, lawnmowers taking off a millimeter of grass multiple times a week, and a myriad of noise tornados around 9am proceeding throughout the day. Plants on the property are sprayed with pesticides. This week they’re pressure washing! LiveLaughLove.

Lived here for almost five years now, besides inevitable things like soda machines (oustide rep) eating dollar bills etc, the apartment complex itself is actually very nice and relaxed. Staff has changed a lot, but the staff now seems to be dialed in and making big moves. If you want a simple nice escape in the tress, yet still close to the college and amenities it's a perfect apartment.

You guys.... the reviews are real. I have lived here for about 3 years and management has always been less than par. The only plus I have with this place is that some of the maintenance team are nice. This is a good place to live if you want to keep a low profile, don't ever need anything from management, don't care about your $, and you want a month to month rent. other than that I would recommend finding a different place that is a bit less scamy. I will update this post when I move out to reflect the deposit return.

We live here currently, only issue so far we have faced is when we got locked out of our apartment. The main office had closed early(this we before the notice of limited hours came out and it was an hour before closing) the phone line did not offer anything for maintenance or help or after hours assistance, there’s a sign that says to call the office and select emergency maintenance(there’s no options and I tried clicking any button I could and I even checked the emailed news letters and there is nothing for a number for emergencies) I even emailed the office and never got a reply. It was exhausting

Hello, if you are looking into the Evergreen rock maple apartments I would highly recommend. I had nothing but great experience living there, the homey atmosphere was absolutely amazing! They keep the landscape up and clean, found it very beautiful and relaxing to walk around. Lots of adventures and trails around the apartment complex, along with a beautiful home community next to it. With the college next to it made it fun to be able to explore and see the campus, which offered lots of trails as well! If it was not for being closer to family, I would have lived in those apartments much longer

Quiet, well-priced, and very nice place to live. Not only are the floor plans unique and cozy, but the staff here goes above and beyond to make sure you love it here. With every question and need for assistance, we were taken care of quickly and, most importantly, kindly. The property is well maintained and the area feels safe. But, with looks and feel aside, the staff here would be enough to make us want to stay forever. Everyone we have met and worked with so far has been so nice! Moving during a pandemic wasn’t the easiest, but the leasing office and maintenance team made it so much smoother

Evergreen Gardens is absolutely NOT family-friendly OR SAFE!!
There is a homeless man who is constantly rummaging through the trash and recycling of this apartment complex (Evergreen Gardens) and today he was tearing apart the fridges and stoves next to the apartment office and laundry room. I have heard from a few different residents that the manager refuses to do anything about it.
I have also heard that there is no legitimate manager here and it's just a group of people who the run the apartment complex. Not only that, my friend has lived here for about a year and ever

My partner and I love this place! We live in Rock Maple and the units are great. Management is easy to connect with and maintenance has always been pretty fast (1-3 days) after requesting services. We’ve lived here for over a year and I once previously lived in the townhomes from ‘16-‘18 when it was under different management which was great then too. I have heard mixed reviews from the Evergreen Gardens, as those units are a little smaller and don’t have W/D in unit, but living in Rock Maple has honestly been great.
