I have lived there since 2014, all of the apts have been remodeled, the buildings were just painted in the last 6 months. The grounds are nice and clean and most important it's QUIET....The staff, especially Kathleen, is always a big help if I need anything taken care of. I love this place and I plan on staying!

It’s my first week living here and it has been amazing! Phenomenal water pressure and heating, lots of walking trails for myself and my dog, and the only real noise I hear is seagulls and a baby crying once in a blue moon.
Yvette and Kathleen helped make this is a smooth transition and made me feel like I was more than just a paycheck to them. Happy to call this home :)

I’m so happy and blessed I moved here to Alderwood Park Apartments. Yvette and Kathleen are the most sweetest, helpful and friendliest people I’ve ever seen in Property Management. Nick and Jacob the Maintence are also very awesome. All of them make sure that it’s comfortable living here. I’ve seen so many improvements around the property. Thanks to all of you for your dedication and hard work. 🤩😆

So stoked I ended up at Alderwood Park. When I got here Yvette was so nice and made moving in a breeze. When I needed to move into another unit after some unfortunate events in my personal life, both Yvette and Kathleen made it super easy and painless. They have always made me feel welcome and taken care of. They're the best !

Love the team here! Came to take a look and the team knew I wasn’t looking to move into an apartment right away but still took amazing care of me and made sure my questions were answered. The homes here are beautiful and everything is very well kept. I know from experience though that management can make or break an experience when renting, and Yvette & Kathleen are definitely people I look forward to interacting with!

From the first phone call I made with Alderwood Park Apartments i knew it was going to be a great place to live. Kathleen and Yvette have been super friendly, accommodating, helpful and professional. They make a genuine effort to have real, meaningful connections with as many residents as they can, and that’s extremely refreshing compared to other property managements. They clearly are passionate about their jobs and they go above and beyond to meet residents needs. I’ve been in Washington 8 months and they made moving across country completely seamless, it was the easiest transition. Alderwood

I have been living here for little over 3 years. Never had any security issues. Any maintenance issue came up was taken care of the same day.
The office manager YEVETTE is probably the best one i have encountered. There was a point where i had to call the office 10 times and Yvette answered and each time her response was very polite. She is very helpful. If anyone makes these apartments experience better its YVETTE. and of course everyone else including maintenance are working hard to make this place feel like home
