I lived at the Palomar Apartments unit 522 for a year. I truly enjoyed my stay there! Lacy is such a kind person and responds to your questions and requests right away. The maintenance team is the best! The grounds are always keep beautifully, and everyone is so nice!
David and his maintenance team are outstanding and super friendly! The grounds are always well kept. Office staff are all very nice.

In the many years that I have been renting, I have only come across a few guys as good as David, the maintenance supervisor. But he is top notch and better than the ones I knew. He’s courteous, prompt, comes in and analyzes and completes the task at hand as quickly as possible! He is all around polite and knows his stuff!

We have lived here for 2 months now and we absolutely love it! The apartment complex is well-maintained, quiet and safe. It is walking distance to various restaurants and to a grocery store/gas station which is so convenient!
The office staff, Lacey and Adrianna, are very welcoming and patient, especially in the beginning when we had all sorts of questions about leasing. The maintenance team led by Dave is outstanding. They quickly respond to service requests and best of all, they are super-friendly. When Dave tells you he takes care of his residents, he really does!

Palomar Apartments is not only located in the perfect area surrounded by a variety of stores and food options, but the staff (Lacey and Jennifer) are absolutely sweet and amazing. They care about their residents and are extremely professional. David in maintenance is the absolute BEST maintenance guy I have ever encountered. He also goes ABOVE and BEYOND the necessary work required to ensure residents are happy and taken care of. I have 0 complaints and thank Palomar for making this a safe space to live and enjoy!
