I don't live here but was visiting my daughter. Fireplace, lots of light. Office room is working great for working from home. These are older units but seem very well maintained with clean carpet and fresh paint. The old, clanky mini blinds were the only flaw. Best of all is that they take pets. Very close to two grocery stores, fast access to Harmony.

Current resident here, very confused by all the bad reviews! We have lived here for 2 years in 2 separate floorplans and have really loved our time here. I think the people complaining are probably just breaking rules. Laura has always been kind and helpful whenever we have questions, the maintenance guys are super nice and friendly and prompt, we love the apartment interior and the location is unbeatable, close to everything you need in Fort Collins. All of our neighbors are friendly and respectful.
This is a little bit of an older complex so don’t be upset about older appliances and equipment

Average price, dated, cheaply made units but decently maintained, safe area, very fast maintenance response and 24 h emergency availability. No pot smoking allowed. The premises are kept clean. Small gym, laundry room, guesthouse, dog park. Staff is friendly if you are, always ready to answer questions, but also fair and professional, meaning that they will not offer anyone special treatment if that conflicts with policy.

We lived here for 3 and a half years. We had some issues as everyone does but it was after move out that this place really made the difference to me. Like most people I have rented several places in Fort Collins and one in Greeley. I have always taken very good care of my homes but never received even one dime back from security deposits. I just figured every place was the same and just found an excuse to take your money. When we moved into somerset the place was immaculate, I would have eaten dinner off the toilet seat it was so clean. I told myself right then I will not be getting my security

I was wavering between one star and two and thought I would be nice and give two. A bit of background before we begin, I am a college aged student who also works full time and has not paid my rent late or has been short on rent ever as my rental history shows. However, if you are a college aged individual forget about trying to apply or living here, the application process is definitely geared towards not allowing students to live here. I had a pretty good experience living at Somerset apartments. The management always greeted me with a smile and were more than helpful whenever I needed a question answered. The unit lived in was well maintained. All of my neighbors were friendly and easy to get along with. The only reason for moving was to find a backyard for my dog. I would recommend Somerset and consider living there again.

I have lived here for a year now and it has been a good experience. Neibors are quite and nobody really bothers you. Plenty of space to walk the dogs and it is right next to a park. It is walking distance to numerous restaurants and the mall is less than a 5 minute drive. They have a pool, hot tub, sauna, work out room, and a place to do laundry. The price is reasonable compared to other apartments around. They are constantly updating/ maintaining he apartments and grounds. I have no complaints.

My wife and I had an great experience living here for 2 1/2 years. The complex was clean and quiet and we never had any problems with noise or neighbors. I lived in the top floor so I can't speak about noise through the floors. We almost did not live hear because of all the negative reviews I saw but I'm very glad we did. The management is very strict which explains why so many people attack them in other reviews. If you want a quiet place to live by the rules and you want you neighbors to have to follow the rules too, this is the place to live. -Phil

Yes, the office ladies can be a little much at times, but they are just doing their jobs. This neighborhood is beautiful, I love all the trees! This is a dog friendly apartment complex and I love getting to know my four legged neighbors. My two pups love it here too. I've been here since January 2016 and the area is very nice, away from (most) traffic, and it seems very safe here. I've had no issues with noise, I think it's very quiet but I'm also not very sensitive to noise. The only negatives have been the parking lot construction (but I appreciate them maintaining our roads

One office manager in particular is not very friendly, but she only works on the weekend, so try not to stop by the office on Friday or Saturday. The property is in a great location but just needs some up keep and a different weekend office manager.
